Thanks for these marvellous video series. Dan recommended to use a notebook to write down your ideas. I made very good experience in using mind-mapping software (freeware like freeplane) because it is very clearly arranged and you can also add url links.
Oh =) Sorry for my English =) I just study. I told about notebook (pocketbook). What is Author recommended where is you'll be writing about each day. Just it. I use 25 pages notebook, but it is very little. And recommended use
Monet, you are right we benifit most by listening in appreciation and joy. However, maybe you could see the comments as helpful feedback to dear Dan so he will not rationalize that this lighting situation isn't all that bad. Remember only a good friend will tell you you have spinach between your teeth or that your deodorant is failing. Dan's friends are saying that he needs to drastically improve his lighting situation for his own good.
Finished listening/seeing the Niche Video 1 by Dan Raine. Don't have the Apple NetBook, but am using the SSBB (SmallSmartBlackBook) though. It's cheaper, and works fine. Great Video. Thanks Dan!
NOtebook - agree!! Believe me you will all have some crazy ideas throughout the day and you MUST keep hold of em. Discount them later by all means, but do capture them because they may bolt onto something else you are doing.
This is my third start to the 30DC and in the two previous ones I never really got past the overwhelm of choosing a Niche. Thanks you Dan for making this bite size. There is hope, even for me. NEIL
I absolutely agree with the notebook idea. Whenever I'm driving I seem to have some great ideas for nicehes or domain names or article slants (etc...) and you are right - by the time I get home I forget. some of that great stuff! So I just got a notebook and it will be my constant companion from now on !!! Thank you Dan !!
Thanks Dan - Who would have thought that there's money in antique diggers?! Good explanation of micro niches - the antique diggers says it all! - Dave
Good ideas Dan. A notebook is great I have bought a mic for my Ipod touch so I can record ideas. I also have a livescribe. The Iphone is my next acquisition. The ultimate tool for content creation on the fly.
Hey Dan, nice clear info, good flow, lovely quality vid and mmmm.... delish hair gel. The 30DC has taken a leap this year. What a delight to see the creative growth brought on by conscious repetition. I'm off to niche!
In other words, don't try to eat 'an elephant' in one piece, cut it into micro-niches... I just cannot believe the quality of information and presentation that we are getting, and it's only Day 1 of 30DC! Thank you
I like this video very much...have fun!

Hi to all.
I joined today. Seems sincere training worth $997.
Now I have to be concentrated on one prog.
Problem With FREE training is student don't value it & get distracted easily.
To remain focussed it is necessary that some sincere student form a group to keep prodding other.
Best of luck.

Goog content of this video, but the production lighting is way too dark. If you don't have lighting equipment, videotape by a well lit window.

Hello =) Very nice video, one advice:
people take paper notebook more than 100 pages inside, I take about 25 and it's "closed" on day 15.
Thx, Vitaly =)

Hi Dan, i also liked the explanation of micro niches. It a bit like chunking in the detail from an NLP point of view. Thanks again.
