@CHANGINGKANSAS - I agree; however, a family who had fled Germany and received asylym in the USA would probably be less likely to be targeted by CPS in the USA if only because CPS would probably not want to deal with the negative PR. I think families who flee one country for another are generally much safer than if they had not fled. But of course all these countries that grant asylym etc. are somewhat hypocritical because the same thing is happening in their back yard.

In Australia, many people have been hoodwinked into thinking that the "Family court" is a lawful court with the authority to remove their children.

It is not - it's just another tribunal which becomes unworkable when the Constitution and other Commonwealth Laws are invoked.
