I grew up watching this show, and it immeasurably helped me by encouraging me to use my imagination and by helping nurture a deep love of music. I'm a designer now, and I get to use my imagination every day...my parents were always good about encouraging me, but partial credit is due to Mr. Rogers as well.
Any public figure that tries to keep our children in front of a propaganda machine (TV) is just another tool of the Illuminati/NWO. Although Roger had good intentions...TV is not what our children need to be educated. Parents need to educate their own children.
i like how when he talks about a concept he brings it right into the moment -- like talking about the importance of giving thanks and then he goes right into thanking the interviewer for the archives. that is some zen master stuff right there. mr rogers is a western buddha.
Its amazing how he always speaks very softly and very slowly. I know its from working in children TV shows. I still remember watching this show when I was younger.

I have a feeling Fred Rogers was an honorary grandfather to a lot more kids than he ever realized.

Because of Mr. Rogers plugging the Sears Foundation at the end of every show, I used to think that Mr. Rogers worked at Sears when I was little.

Hearing him speak about his challenges. What a selfless man, and he made a difference for so many. How lucky we were to hear his message.

I love Mister Rogers. at 3 min she asked him about the production ceasing for 4 years from 1975. Then he says he does not remember.
WOW. That was weird, seriously.
