  • Love it! Just downloaded and edited it so I can sing all the verses and include three solos at the beginning, after vs 3 and at the end were it fades. Thanks, going to add this one to my one man act I do.

  • damn this a serious backing track

  • @metalalvich

    best ever!

  • Am7 / Gm7 C7 or C9/ Fmaj7 / Bm7b5 E7/ 3x

    Am7 /Gm7 C7 or C9/ Fmaj7/Bb7 -/

    Bm7b5 -/E alt/ Am7-E alt/ Bm7 add 6/ E alt over Bb/

  • Can't stop soloing over this. Will probably have to do a video response.

  • i thought i would point out that flashmasters1990's chords are correct however i hear a turn around so where you see the A-7 and E7#9 at the end, it should be A-7/F#m7b5, Bm7/E7#9

  • great

  • im having trouble with the 6th degree when i improvise. sometimes a flat 6 sounds good but sometime it sounds off and i have to go to the natural 6th, like to a dorian mode. can any body help me?

  • @joshd108 just havin the same problem, I also found that the eolian mode sounded good at some moment....so I sitch btwn these two modes, the problem is I don't know when I have to.

  • aint it am, gm, c9,fmaj7,bm7b5,e7

    am, gm,c9, fmaj7, bb7,bm7,e7#9

    am, d/f#,e7/b,e7#9,e7b9

    ?

  • lol as long as the chord structure is fine, then i dont think there's any prob to that..

dont hv to be so ROBOT about everything.. all this theory shit is funny.. just play some good music, and your good already..

  • Can anyone answer stimeeee's question? Is there anywhere you can still get this backing track?

  • Anyone found a video with someone playing the Rhythm - I've having trouble figuring out the correct voicings for some of the chords. Thanks!

    dp

  • who is the awful guitar player

  • Where can I get the mp3 for this?

  • What's A-7? C7 is read C dominant, so is -7 substitute for /_\?

  • @deadithink A minor with a dominant 7

  • @Malsanoman Thank you. I'm not used to reading chords out of a staff context.

  • @deadithink you're welcome ^^

  • @deadithink A-7= A "minus" 7=Am7. The minus indicate a flatted/minor interval..

  • @JBGOT I just started sight reading jazz again, so I'm aware now. Thanks for your help.

  • somiglia a una canzone di daniele silvestri "saliro" è uguale

  • i call this guy the sunshine guitarist

  • personally I like more Bm7 than B-7b5 on this tune.. because the quick "switch to dorian" gives it a little nice mood i think :)

  • basically I use Am on Am, Dm on Gm C9 Fmaj7, A dorian (or almost minor pentatonic ) on Bm7 E7#9

  • You can't spell 'Funk' without 'Fun'!

  • is there some way to get an mp3 of this track and permission from the maker to use it in a competition in april?

  • @Superguitarguy91 downlaod firefox and download helper

  • is there some way to get an mp3 of this track and permission from the maker to use it in a competition in april?

  • hey,THANKS rafinaR1

  • Correction that D/E instead of D/C

  • Here's the chord progression I've got, it's close to flashmaster1990's. I don't use slashes unless I want to show a chord on top of a different bass note.

    Am7, Gm7, C9, Fmaj7, Bm7, E7

    Am7, Gm7, C9, Fmaj7, Bm7, E7

    Am7, Gm7, C9, Fmaj7, Bb7

    Bm7b5, E7#9, E7b9, E7#9, E7b9, Am7, D/C, E7#9, E7b9

  • MY GOD! Finally found it! :'D

  • thanks so much for uploading this.. it's a sunny day here in the uk, and my guitar is the sunlight! :D cheers

  • thanks!!

  • @RroniDT

No it´s in a-minor so the chords are:

    A-7, G-7/C7, Fmaj7, B-7/E7 (repeat this part one time)

    A-7, G-7/C7, Fmaj7, Bb7

    B-7b5, E7#9, A-7, E7#9

  • @flashmaster1990 Correct.. but to be more perfect, it would be like this:

    ||:A-7 | G-7 , C7(9) | Fmaj7 | B7(#9) , E7(#9) :|| x2

    |A-7 | C7(9) | Fmaj7(9) | Bb6 |

    |B-7 | E7(#9) , E7(b9) | A-7 , F#-(b5) | B-7 , E7(#9) , E7(b9) |

The changes on the [E7(#9) , E7(b9)] are faster than the other changes, and its repeated 1 time each.

I just added some details that are there in the music, nothing that would make big difference on the harmony..

  • @flashmaster1990 It's actually Bm7b5-E7b9

  • @flashmaster1990 thanks fishmaster

  • @flashmaster1990 pretty much, cept its also B-7b5 in the first section, and in the last section those E7#9 switch back and forth to E7b9

  • @RroniDT

these are the wrong chords, This is a key am. fishmaster1990 gave good chords. cheers

  • @RafinaR1 Fishmaster?!?!?!?! loooool its FLASHMASTER :D Cheers. :D

  • @flashmaster1990 LOOOOL fishmaster :D btw is this the orig. backing ? If it is,I'm surprised that the chords are a bit out of time :-P

  • @JeezoozeChrysler

Thats the Question! :D Everyone I know wonders about this backing, cause it seems to be the original. But, I love Greg.. but.. this backing is sometimes realy out of time. :D

  • @RroniDT What a Troller !!! Lol :p

  • anyone know the chords for this song?!?!!? the rhythm is bad assss!
