New Fuel Pump cross reference for Hummer H1

my 1993 H1 6.5 will not run , my fuel pump will only pump fuel when it is running or turning over, going to hook up a new wire to the ignition and see if it makes a difference.when it does finally start, it runs out of fuel. thank you.

It could be a bad fuel pump relay, I had a non running lift pump before on a 1998, but since there was no air in the system, the vaccum from the injection pump kept the truck running. I put in a new relay for $20 which fixed that problem. It may be slightly different in a 92/93 since the systems changed somewhat from the earlier trucks.

I updated the summary to include the right part number, I mixed up a 5 with a 6. The number in the video is correct.
