It depends on the beard. Your scruffy beard makes you look more laid back and approachable. Plus you look Really good with it... I say keep the beard!
If a beard is very long and unkempt and accompanied by many tattoos, piercings, and leather, then my opinion is not favorable for one. However, in most other instances, I think a beard lends itself to perhaps an academic or perspicacious or artistic or sexy appearance.
Of course, the opinion of the wearer is most important, but if you aren't satisfied with that answer, then my vote for you goes with the beard (but you look great either way).

Beard it up bro. Beards of any length can look good in my opinion, If, they look deliberate in their size, shape, and area of coverage.
