And forgive those who did those things to you. It was terrible, and they don't deserve your forgiveness.. but we don't deserve God's forgiveness either. But He still does forgive us, so we must forgive those who have harmed us. If you go to church try to get a little more involved like join a small group or a bible study..find people to hang out with on the weekends and go and do something FUN for yourself once a week..I just recently started seeing a bliblical counselor and am seeking healing through this..maybe that might be something you could look into too..Hug

@patrickjames2010 --- Patrick, once I was sitting there in your shoes, I lost my husband ,My whole world collapsed to I was only a shell of a woman..I was left with a 5 yr. old and a 12 yr old to raise..I was so lost in grief i was not a good mom, I could not see I HAD children.. I JUST WANTED TO DIE. then , on day, I HAD and asthma attack and died..the paramedics got me back after a long struggle.. God sent me back to live,another day.. and my sons are raised now..

But He still does forgive us, so we must forgive those who have harmed us. It doesn't make what they did okay, but it means you will pray for their soul and not hold it against them, or let bitterness grow because of it.

@patrickjames2010 I am very sorry to hear about the loss of your wife..The best thing for you to do right now is to keep busy and interact with others. If you go to church try to get a little more involved like join a small group or a bible study..find people to hang out with on the weekends and go and do something FUN for yourself once a week..I just recently started seeing a bliblical counselor and am seeking healing through this..maybe that might be something you could look into too..Hug

@patrickjames2010 --- Patrick, once I was sitting there in your shoes, I lost my husband ,My whole world collapsed to I was only a shell of a woman..I was left with a 5 yr. old and a 12 yr old to raise..I was so lost in grief i was not a good mom, I could not see I HAD children.. I JUST WANTED TO DIE. then , on day, I HAD and asthma attack and died..the paramedics got me back after a long struggle.. God sent me back to live,another day.. and my sons are raised now..

Ps 62:5 -8 God is his hope,his strnghold; I will nt b shaken, his salvation and glory. He says trust Him @ all times, and pour out your heart 2 Him. GOD IS A REFUGE FOR US. A refuge is a place where you can hide, where u r safe. Turn to Him and seek Him and the comfort He longs to give u. Faith is taking God at His word.
