even if ur 2 handed lane conditions do matter i am also a two handed bowler and lane conditions are everything retard what do u average? with that attitude?
i have the sauce i only use it on heavy oil i hooks alot but the hot sauce doesn't hook that much i use it on normal house shots but i cant wait for the jigsaw!
I would recommend it! The Jigsaw's one of the best balls i've ever used from Hammer®. It's a very versatile ball: (The cover needs to be adjusted properly for the best results, but it handles the changes excellently) It has a strong smooth reaction. The ball never fades out; it always seems as it wants to hook the whole way down the lane. And i almost forgot, it hits HARD! and sends messengers like no tomorrow.
Think about what you said, you have have a Hot Sauce and you are using it on dry lanes and you don't expect it to hook...come on...its not the balls fault that you dont know what shot to throw it on...if you dont know this then you dont know much about bowling
I have the Hammer Hot sauce pearl and this ball totally disappoints me. Don't get me wrong-it hooks a bunch, but WAY too much on dry lanes. My high game was 245 because there was a ton of oil and I found my spot. THE Hammer Sauce will be my next ball of choice.
This ball is awesome i bought this ball at the beggining of my bowling season and i had my first ever 300 with this ball and held a 200 average,Hans the boss the guy below me i wouldn't recomend getting this ball if your new to the sport but all hammer bowling balls are a great line of equipment the black widow's are very good balls i'd recommend one of thoes.
tropical storm is the better of the ones you mentioned but i would suggest the hammer emrald vibe for you its a great ball and hammer is a great brand
ok, Im a storm fan actually, and i actually commented on another video that those are lame balls.... but these two guys said the tropical storm.... I do not suggest that, and storm is my company lol.. of those, i suggest the Avalanche. But for just a bit more money, you can get a much better ball...
i have the tornado its not very good but if your local lanes are normal a low to no oil you whould want if there med your in trouble i have found out this the hard way
I to have a tornado and it isnt a good hooker but the lane pattern doen't matter to me because i am a two handed bowler and can get lots of revolutions of the ball so its a good ball for me
my point exactly why buy a sauce when they already have the widow venom which as almost the same look and hook potential it seems like they just realeased a ball because they could oh and new storm equipment is way better then the new hammer stuff
Why buy any of those things when you can get The Rising-SE; hardest hitting ball on the market. Just bought mine the other day, threw it around today. It dominates.
Well let me first say this i am not agianst track in any way i actually only used to bowl with my track elite revival but the whole thought that it is a specail addtion makes you think that they screwed up on the frist one or the up-rising but im not a fan of pearl balls that is why i got my storm shift sanded down to 1 thousand grit im not saying your not right im just saying im not a pearl fan
But the Rising-SE isn't a pearl ball. It's sanded; 4000 grit Abralon. It's my first nonpolished ball and I must say it's quite nice to have something with a much stronger backend.
Hahaha, man, if that's not very sanded, I'd hate to have a ball sanded any more. That's unreal; my ball hooks right up to the pocket, I can throw it straight up the second arrow, maybe a little to the outside, and the backend takes care of the rest. Hits the pins ridiculously hard; today, only left 1 ten-pin all afternoon.
ha ha ha but you just said it right there you play up second so you dont need a heck of alot of ball if you play second arrow or outside it so again my point if you want to play deeper switch to a rougher sand like a 1 thousand grit or just switch to a different ball such as the Virtual Gravity witch is the best ball on the market
nice dude! 500 grit is a great surface on oily conditions if you want a consistant line through it but to smartcar the VG has more overall hook potential but sometimes its all how the proshop drills it but the CR is a great ball in its own right but if you want a more over all hook VG is the way to go.

the virtual gravity shift is the hardest hitting ball, just got mine a couple days ago and already threw a 277 278 256 and a 232 in my first high school meets with it, and i only avg around a 190. THIS BALL IS AMAZING!!!!!
i got a question, the lane conditions at my bowling ally are somewhere between house shot and sports athletic. What that be considerd heavy ofr medium oil? thanks
My bowling alley had a Demo day for everybody to try different balls yesterday. This was the best one. I'm on the varsity team and about 6 girls and myself are getting this ball.
i dont know what shoes to get so could some reply and tell me the main diff between 6's, 7's and 8's ,, i only know the interchangable sides on the 8's and the wider sole on the 6's.
Here's the funny thing. It wasn't because he was squeezing. We make thumb molds with quick plug here in our office. When Brian put the color in it wasn't well shaken, so there was a little separation.
That clear liquid made the thumb mold sooo slick that tape wouldn't even stick to the inside of the slug. He ended up have to sand it pretty well to rough it up enough for the tape to stick.
He is definitely one of the smoothest (non squuezing) bowlers I know.
Ahh. I am not a big fan of that quick set plug. From my experiences it sets up too fast and and leaves bubbles in the plug, which not only gave the plug a nasty pitted look but also greatly increased the chances of the plug crackin. So I have switched to a plug that sets up over night and I am far more satisfied with it.
Yeah, in our proshops we use the normal overnight plug. Like you said, it provides a better outcome, especially for customers.
For our own equipment however, I don't mind the quick plug. It's easier to use in our office because it's not a proshop and I don't want to leave things sitting out all night. Plus I am lazy and want quick results.
this ball is a pretty damn good ball imo. its reaction is very strong but smooth at the same time. i got to throw it about 3 weeks before it was released and hook the same as some of my most aggressive but has more continuation. great ball...bad looking...o well if it strikes right?
This ball sucks. I just bought one, and had it drilled up exactly like the second ball in this video (pin under ring). It doesn't role anything like this video, and I am a inside power player just like the second guy. It doesn't read the mid lane anything like the video, and is really skid snappy. Buy at your own risk.

the hot sauce hooks a lot. give it some room inside. its not an oil eater, you can rough up the surface and get some good read from it

Should add info about the oil pattern...How could we have an idea of the real potential hook?
Example...In the hipothetic case there was no oil on the lane...the sauce would be crap (I know its not)
Thats why they should add info about the oil pattern
