u can get songs for free without cydia, but to get cydua, you must jailbreak your iphone. i have a video on it

actually, i didnt use vwallpaper for that 1. i got it form cydia. it is called electricblue or something. iff u just type in video wallpaper it will come up int he e's. it is for use with winterboard
