    If anyone has any, I read that pink grapefruit, 30 min. excercise daily, and green vegetables help break fibroids down.

    They can cause excess bleeding and pms pain

  • Is this an intramural fibroid that's being removed? How big was it? I have a 10 cm IM fibroid and I have to say, this video has been helpful as I consider my options, though more information would be great! Thanks for posting this.
