Great arrangement. Where can I find the laws regarding volunteer non emergency vehicle use of strobe kits. Seem to remember that reds and blues are restricted to emergency units but amber/white are okay for volunteer firefighters?
Acording to most State laws you cant have any blue lights on a vehicle unless it is a vehicle used for emergency purposes such as volunteer fire and ems
That is Indiana only. go south and fire ems is all RED and police are BLUE. southern sheriff's in LA for example are RB. The requirements are all over the place depending on the state. Texas allows anyone for almost any reason to have lights in a vehicle, just cannot have BLUE facing front.
i have a question, are the connectors for these HAW Strobes compatible with Whelen Power Supplies, would like to know, would love to order the HAW and then order a Whelen Power Supply for the Modu Flash and Action Flash
In Indiana, anyone can have read, clear or amber to the rear. Other states are very strict on the use of emergency lights, I would contact your state police or local police department.
okay, that is what i was looking for. can they shuffle between the 2 flash patterns, or is it one or the other. i'm definately interested in purcahsing these now.

heyjuju 3 years ago
Use just the white and you will be fine, no one would probably say anything if you put them in the red.
