in my city people have to travel miles and even some travel half day by foot only to get drinking water....I think More Provinces based on Administration in Punjab should be made and bigger cities like Lahore should be given a Status of STATE like New york State and bigger cities with more than 5 million population should act like a Separate province so that equal distribution of funds will be possible and also Smaller region will get their due right.
