  • I call it "Elephants", no "Elephant" at all.

  • These are the saviors of music today, and we get to witness it.

  • This is an Amizing moment for rock , first , Them Crooked Vultures come out with one of the best rock albums ever made and then , the fucking gay brothers broke up . . . Yeahhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!

  • The drum groove in this is sick with him playing the offbeats on the hats with one hand and the snare and tom stuff on the other!

  • Josh Homme has struck with lightning again, first of with Kyuss, then with QOTSA before the missunderstanding with nick, EODM and then now with the vultures, ah Josh i love ya

  • Desert Sessions, as well.

  • EODM?

  • lol thanks!

  • Eagles of Death Metal there pretty sweet check them out. And no they're not death metal :P

  • @idrumalot555 what an awful, awfully misleading name then :P

  • hahaha i hear ya, it made me laugh tho. cheers!

  • @idrumalot555 lol, that is an unfortunate name haha, i'll check em out!

  • Vultures is like a light at the end of tunnel filled with shit (aka miley cyrosis, jonas fuck brothers). God bless your soul, John Paul Jones. Do the job that should've been done by the new generation, which failed AWFULLY at making new and original music. <3

  • Sounds great..a bit new still, but great all the same..what is pissing me off is the lighting guy doing the lamest job I have ever seen with a rig that looks to have some potential..Sack him - hire me !

  • Most promising supergroup in a while. Chickenfoot in particular were extremely disappointing.

  • i think he shaved his head for his wife, she died of cancer

i really like him.. he was drinking a beer during / in between songs at the philly concert haha

  • was Natasha his wife?!

  • @dwelman1 yeah

  • thank god, some real music. i thought all i was gonna ever hear again was the goddamn fuckin jonas brothers and miley cyrus. long live rock and fuckin roll.

  • don't worry dude. the jonas brothers etc will all be forgotten within a number of months.

  • when i bought their cd on friday, there was a girl next to me taking miley cyrus - i remembered your comment and just couldn´t help laughing.

  • This forthcoming record has a chance to be one of the greatest albums released in 10 years. Them Crooked Vultures destroy. A true supergroup.

  • Obvious mishmash of Cream and Led Zeppelin. Fun never the less.

  • with a bit of foo fighters chucked on the drums :P

  • sounds like you would expect it to, "Songs for the Deaf" meets "Led Zeppelin III".

The power of Ghrol holds this together, Josh sounds a little unsure at least at this point.

  • lol sorry, wanted to click on thumb up. sorry mate.

indeed it sounds exactly like that, had that in my head before i read this.

  • yea josh does sound as little unsure but i think soon he will get used to the feel of the band. the vultures can only get better from this point onwards

  • Unsure?

  • no doubt about that.

  • Dave is a ANIMAL on drums

  • wow alains bald??

  • FUCK YA

  • what an coincidence... you sound like crap too

  • are you serious? do you think this is just some little boy's burst?

I've been there at the concert and it was just great! I don't know if you were there but I was and I freaking loved it!

  • groovy baby

  • this just sounds like awesome....period.

  • bedankt! nu kan ik t teminste terugluisteren

    it was awesome!!

  • Wow, now I just found that freaking john paul jones from led zeppelin is part of this group

  • hahaha hence the zeppelin sounding music.

  • all of these songs remind me of something zeppelin would make

  • exaclty what I thought when I first heard them

  • Comment removed

  • Does anyone know who the fourth member is?

  • he's Alain Johannes (from Eleven, Desert Sessions, Qotsa, Chris Cornell and on and on and on).

  • the fourth member is alain johannes

  • Alaine Johannes is the fourth member. He produced QOTSA's songs for the deaf, and was heavily involved in the production of the desert sessions (vol 7 - 10) as well as QOTSA's Lullabies to Paralyze

  • sounds so much like QOTSA

  • FUCKING AWESOME

  • how many bands is josh in??? lol :P nice!

  • Three

  • I actually really like his voice on this song. Has a little bit of a Bowie vibe to it at parts.

  • it works with the style of music they're making. No one in that bad would be a better choice.

  • Did u smoke when u post that comment?

  • Klinkt niet slecht!
