Nah. Lot of people misread what Suda said on the matter.

They made a statement that said something along the lines of "We want to make more games, but not for the Wii"

Many people misread that as "PS3 and XBox 360 are getting NMH" but later Suda corrected himself saying:

"We want to work on a new NMH game for Nintendos next system."

Along with that announcement Suda stated that Travis will no longer be the main protagonist.

No More Heroes Paradise is a port of NMH for the PS3 and Xbox 360. It is Japan only at the moment as Ubisoft has no interest in publishing it here in the U.S. (doesn't mean licensing can't be negotiated for another publisher though).

As of right now, No More Heroes 2 is still a Wii exclusive. In many ways, the original is still an exclusive as the HD versions will not have motion controls. That will make them a different experience all together.
