hi there?

i have the same gun and mounted an ACOG style 4x32 sight. now the front sights always get in my way when aiming (somewhat blurred vision). is it possible to remove them without the front ring coming off as the front sight seems to be holding some kind of ring to the barrel

There are two pins on the front sight that connects it to the barrel. Take them out and replace it with a foldable one cuz it looks better and it won't get in ur way

thanks, i already trtied that but there is a ca. 20cm metal stick attached to the front sight. Not sure what this stick is good for but only removing the front sight results in the front ring not holding the rails in place anymore, so I wonder if a new front sight can still hold this ring in place?

do you also have the TM M4 sopmod or a different M4?

@whysogrim external body is full metal. the only plastic on the gun is the trigger grip and buttstock. it shoots 330 fps right out of the box (i live in japan btw i was surprised to see a airsoft being sell that exceed the fps limit here in Japan which is 300 fps)
