Hugo would be great for SF×T, I wanted him in SF4 from the start. There was an official poll a few years ago for what characters you would like to see in console SF4; Hugo was fifth of seven, every other character got in console SF4 or SSF4, but Hugo is still nowhere to be seen.

yah it's hard to buffer the whole 720 motion like that, and he was def. walking forward first, so maybe he even buffered a good deal of the motion during the clap blockstun...but who knows? check out hugo player "hayao" for even more insanity on parry->gigas

@BIMBOBOOP to link fp clap > mp clap > wp clap, your opponent has to be crouching. The only character it can be done standing on is Sean.

@BIMBOBOOP There are several different ways to do it but they all involve a 270 motion into another 270 motion (540) instead of 720 and you can buffer it in opposite directions(first part clockwise, second part counterclockwise) if you want and it still works. Strangest way is to use the jump cancel(d,u) to give you a little extra time to buffer standing. Ex is do the motion Left, Right, Down, Up(this actually counts as a 360 lol) then follow up with a 270 starting from Up into L,D,R

Hugo's technically not low tier anymore, he's B+ tier according to the newest Arcadia tier list. That's pretty high, and it's a well deserved spot because he's a legitimately good character.
