  • Nice job! I have a question though.

How do you get to shoot multiple bullets on the screen? Following your ancient tutorials, I've only been able to shoot one bullet at a time. You could even make a tutorial on it. ;D

  • @Neojimmy6 AHAHA, I am amazed you managed to watch those relics :-P Its pretty simple actually but you need to know how. All you need to do is make a vector of all the Sprites and move them and delete them etc etc in a for loop. Do you want me to make a tutorial?

  • @helpfullprogrammer

Yea, I started watching your tutorials a good while ago, then gave up on DarkGDK cause I sucked at it. :P Recently I restarted and watched all your new tutorials (great btw) and some old tutorials explaining thing that you didn't explain in your new ones.

I don't quite understand yet though (lol I know I suck), could you pm me an example code please? You don't have to make a video tutorial about it, although I doubt it would be very long.

  • @Neojimmy6 You can also use arrays

  • @MadMonkeyCo but the only downside to an array is that it can't dynamically change in size.

  • @helpfullprogrammer I'm making a 2D game and I think arrays work great. I use it for the enemies and bullets.

  • @MadMonkeyCo Everyone's personal choice :-)

  • awesome game!

  • @VISUALBASICVIDEOTUTS Thanks, all it is made up of really are vectors containing each type of sprite and which ID they are.

I might add in some other stuff later on but it was really just a test,
