If this is like their newer panel project, it's a 30 watt panel but only puts out 6 volts.

It's going to be difficult to find a practical application for the panel in this voltage range since solar panels are almost always used to charge 12 volt (or higher) batteries. 

I was wondering about this panel when I saw how few cells were actually used. I can't really think of a useful purpose for the voltage of this panel...
