I love watching Carrie walk and skip thru NYC in her manolo blahnik's in her fierce outfit. Watching Sara Jessica Parker in this scene explains why became a fashionista.
This is my fave episode. I've gone to a party recently wearing Christian Louboutin boots and being completely shoe-shamed because I'm single so I respect this episode sooooo much. When Carrie says:- "The fact is sometimes, it's hard to walk in a single woman's shoes, that's why we need really special ones now and then, to make the walk a little more fun" she says is perfect. This is my lifelong saying - especially as I now own these stunning Manolo Blahnik shoes too. :) C x
This episode was a reunion for Tatum 'O Neal and Trisha Cox. I remember seeing them both in a 1980's movie called "Little Darlings." About teenage girls at camp trying to lose their virginity.
Who in their right mind makes such a big deal over shoes? i mean i understand what carrie is saying but she was really unhappy being single.....i know i was...

Loved this part. Mothers like this think their kids should be the center of everyone's universe as well as their own.

Beautiful shoes and yes, its up to each person what they spend their money on. No-one else should judge them. I think we can all relate.

Ahhhh how much I love this scene. You know I'd feel sorry for her if she had at least apologize for the missing shoes but now. Nothing happened.

LOL...I like this scene. Kira realizes that she is no longer in her element and her kids are not welcome EVERYWHERE!
