well, some can. if you have a gun, go to some place with a cash register, aim gun at clerk, you get some money. been able to do that for a while. cept, i dont beleive you can rob fastfood joints. but no vaults, just a quick robbery of small cash from cash register. its like shopliffting compared to this video above

GTA games are great, but when given a choice of a 2 1/2 year old GTA game or a next gen game in the same genre (yes GTA created the genre, but making another game like it doesn't mean its a clone) i would choose this everytime. look i have san andreas and saints row personly i think saints row is wayyyyyy better then SA because the graphics,physics,guns,texture,­lighting,cars,car cutomizing,blood,explosions and pretty much every thing else.
