I work in the Hotel Industry and have experience with the so called H2B visa program.
We needed 19 housekeepers. After petitioning 19 H2B visas we hoped we will get something good out of this program!
But it was a disaster! We ended up with 16+3 Lazy students from Europe. It took us almost 2 months to train them, 3 of them never showed up.
They did only half the job and complained all the time! And guess what, their visas were only 5 months. H2B program is a waste of time and resources!
