he changed the dds files of conquer folder he changed the fire works with the Super gems effect then he bought a lot of fire works and then it was looking like super gems effects at once its really easy to do.

It is a PS but this tao with 2 swords can also be in the normal CO.

You only need 2 be RB and get a lvl 70 armor in any class

Then you need to up this armor with meteors or dbs (for the last lvl upgrade)

Reply: RB's, even taos can choose not ot have MP and rather increase strength to use a real weapon. Another way is it is a trojan. Lvl 70+ RB's can wear other classes armours meaning a trojan 70+ can wear a tao gown thats 70 or under his lvl.
