The good news: the mission computer, the radar and the antitank missiles will be completely different and Turkish built. 20 years ago, we were buying tanks from Germany, now we have a completely Turkish prototype. It may not be as good as German Leopards but it is quiet good and moreover it is much cheaper and no restrictions on how to use them. no need to feel bad about this technology transfer. it is a start

It's the same of CH47, so Agusta produce but it isn't Italian is American by Boeing

as the apache also the mangusta received a lot of upgrades and now is being equipeed with the new spikes antitank fire and forget missiles and rafael toplite sight units, i think is a very good heli.
