So do I .. I actually had only JUST started getting to know who she was and her music when she was killed.. I lived in the Corpus Christi area at that time, and everyone was in such a state of shock. Such a sad and tragic loss. She had so much more music to give.. what a voice! She seemed so sweet too.. and yvw!

I myself lost my father in 1996 and his death changed my life, took me out of darkness(drugs) and got me to where I am today. I was born in aguadilla but grew up in NYC and in 1996 when my father passed away, decided to change my life. Now i'm happily married, 2 sons(22,20), own my first house/car and love life.
