  • Fuck the haters, FFXIII was great. One of my favorite FF games. They tried something new, and in my opinion it worked.

  • this trailer is so deceiving

  • Its a shame you cant actually do from 0:30 onwards in battles xD

  • Whatever happened to THIS game? Why wasn't THIS released?

  • @WhoaItsJose5 Its out now.

  • @MrZukoify Lolol, bro. This video was a concept for how the battle system was going to run. I know the game is out now, I own it. haha. Notice the emphasis on the "THIS"?

  • @WhoaItsJose5

Not even really that; the trailer wasn't made with the consent of most of the team, and none envisioned or hoped the project would resemble this in the end. Instead, this trailer everyone knows so well created rifts in the team, as there was no concise vision for the game.

  • I was so excited when I saw this trailer back in 2006, but I was so disappointed when I play the actual game! It did not feel like Final Fantasy game at all. It lacks many RPG elements from the other Final Fantasy games. No open world to explore, no towns, and the lack of sidequests. Each part is pretty much just stage from any normal non-RPG video game.

  • @Patrick19833 I'm with ya.

  • @Patrick19833

Sorry you didn't like the game, but the way I see it it's still a pretty good game. Worthy of being a Final fantasy or not, I can enjoy a great game nonetheless.

  • lol i remember this back in 06

  • @ProjectDecade The game was first announced at 2006, but the E3 trailer was merely a visual concept and the team hadn't created anything playable yet, leading to pressure within the development team on what the battle system should be like.

  • Notice how linear each location was in this trailer from 2006, and NOW people are complaining about linearity when all most of them cared about when this trailer came out was graphics and fight scenes, not linearity. I guess that never crossed their minds considering this is Final Fantasy. Well, I laugh at them now. Ha.Ha.

  • @NewBlenderSquare Imagine what that will be like for Versus 13. I'll be out of college when it comes out in America, and I just finished 10th grade.

  • who did the game change...

  • Man this trailer is better than the whole game that was released :P Nah just flasher and cooler looking and just awesome....the game itself......meh pretty crappy.

  • @ShadowAssault007 Your comment.......meh, pretty useless.

  • @Darkscoper XD Sure just like yours? Meh too bad

  • @ShadowAssault007 Great comeback, although try something a little more original next time, you know from the heart. Or else it becomes stale. Understand what I'm saying?

  • @Darkscoper

XD Seriously? nah I am good kinda pointless from the beginning so I am ok

  • @ShadowAssault007 Aight, I see where you coming from.

  • I don't get it. Why does it take so damn long to make this game? Seriously, what the he'll does final fantasy have that it takes four fucking years to make. It looks the SAME! 4

  • Sigh. I remember when this trailer first came out and I was so excited for this game. Square, why did you disappoint me?

  • Ultimate Limit Attacks are still in the game very similar (near identical) to the video, so Square didn't really change anything. Also it is of course a joke to say 360 was an issue because 360 games like Star Ocean 4 and Lost Odyssey are bigger than PS3 games, coming on multiple discs without issue.

Here is the guide to that: ff-13dotinfo/Lightning-Sword/ With enkindler, Light's ultimate attack Army of One can hit up wards of 900,000 damage. ff -13 dot info

  • Interesting to see how the battle gameplay/interface changed in the release.

Any recent word on versus 13?

  • I can't believe how shitty Lightning's hair looks here. It's amazing how far the graphics came in four years. D:

  • Watching this trailer after finally playing the game I wonder, is any of that forest section at 0:48 even in the game?

  • @ranthony023 yeah its during the biological research section

  • @iceberg2006 hummm.... that's the sunleth waterscape... only lightning never went there

  • @ranthony023 That's the Sunleth Waterscape. In the final product, Lightning never went to that area, it was only Sazh and Vanille.

  • lightning ftw...

  • I love how ppl complain about xbox or ps3 when it all started on the nintendo

  • @CrappyAmvNetwork good point

  • @CrappyAmvNetwork

And then Nintendo forsook their loyal devoted fanbase and went for mainstream acceptability over pure game quality. PS1 vs N64, which is better? PS2 vs Gamecube, which is better? PS3 vs. Wii, which is better? Thought so. Nintendo is known for having a terrible relationship with third party companies, even limiting the amount of games they could release a year for their systems. They chose to market to the masses, and not the true gamers, and with that their..

  • @CrappyAmvNetwork

...quality of systems went down. The N64 had no more than 20 great exclusives, you can count the amount of great exclusives for the Gamecube with one hand, and you can count the amount of great Wii exclusives with one finger. Nintendo is dead, as far as gaming is concerned. The saying "men lie, women lie, numbers don't" isn't so true when it comes to this situation. Speak to any gamer, any true gamer, and ask them what they think of Nintendo's products now.

  • @CrappyAmvNetwork

And if we want to get technical, it all started on the Odyssey, not the NES

  • @CrappyAmvNetwork then again it's not been on a nintendo console since 1994 so at what point does that become trivial??

  • I do not want to be involed on this Final Fantasy XIII conflict but I have a question to ask that has nothing to do with the Playstation 3 and Xbox 360 dilema haha. Does the cutscene where lightning points her blade towards the machine happen in Final Fantasy XIII in CGI or did the scene get a remake? Also does the battle where Lightning battles the Soilders like that in the video happen meaning cutscene?

  • @Drew593 Remade in game engine and no the soldier scene doesn't happen even in a cutscene, it was meant to be experimental gameplay footage as there's a HUD and they changed it.

  • I remember when i watched this video 4 year ago just look at the hud, all the action. But the game turned out to the biggest let down i ever had.

  • @zenbyo Get your facts straight, idiot. the White Engine IS the Crystal Tools Engine, it's Windows-based and they made it to support ALL the current-gen consoles, they didn't shift to a "multi-platform" engine for the port. The port didn't cause any downgrade. Don't blame the 360 just because you didn't get what you expected.

  • can't BELIEVE it was this far in production at the time. wow.

  • @DarthClam

Done fall last year, so like about three years after this to be done?

Obviously there are changes though. I suppose the train sequence at the start of the game and this clip is some of the earlier work.

  • To the FF13 owners, are there battles in the game on the par with 0:30-0:40?

  • No they toned it down which is a shame. Maybe we will get to see that kind of combat in FFXV.

  • @owhsht310 it is very over exaggerated, just type on youtube some FFXIII gameplay

  • Hell yes, there are battles that look more intense than that scene. The whole game is a work of art, really.

  • This looked so polished and stylized back in 2006 - what were they actually doing for 4 years?

  • @Tomskicat what will upset when i say this cause it upset me, this is what it was meant to look like. 360 could handle that look so they had to bring it down to 360 capabilities. ps3 still looks better on the final product though.

  • Apparently not much. I knew the gameplay in this trailer was too good to be true.

  • This was how the combat was originally intended and made, but apparently they decided to revert back to a familiar FF style combat system.

  • I don't really believe that because why would they go back to a "familiar" battle system when everything else in the game has nothing familiar at all? No towns, HP replenished after every fight, no control over other party members, no MP, none of that is familiar. So they might as well kept the crazy fighting like in this trailer.

  • @shiningwizard327 The early demo was made using the white engine specifically for the PS3 which allowed for more cinematic graphics. They decided to go to multi platform crystal tools engine instead so that they could also sell the game on the failbox360 which is why it's like it is today.

  • @zenbyo Even if they didn't go multi-platform, the final product wouldn't have looked this good. For this generation that style of gameplay isn't attainable yet.

  • Think about it. Those don't make or break game. A weird combat system would though.

  • I didn't see any other characters, did you? They probably had the core stuff done, but lacked the actual story elements.

  • sick! graphics are still good. who else is testing bad company 2? :) Beta discs are available 4 free from BetaTestGamers - google em! off to play :)

  • "for PLAYSTATION 3"

    ...and Xbox 360.

    *snicker*

  • the hd vertion is still a ps3 exclusive so who realy cares lol

  • @earlyriser03

    Bribery sucks these days

  • @brendude95 but is it really bribery? SE could not realistically ignore the 360 install base considering so many people own one. if the business that is out to make a profit sees an opportunity to create a port, a port will be made. can't fault them for that, especially since the game was pretty cool in its own right.

  • @earlyriser03

Well to be honest its OK...but i say there is barely a fanbase on the 360...you buy 360 for Halo...that is that...and looking at the scale of the game the 360 shows signs that it will handicap the game in certain ways...which it did...and it shows when you play it...SE didnt want the game on the 360...but when Micro$oft starts writing checks they arent small ones...thats how Micro$oft gets where they are...money...Windows Vista is the biggest OS...and it is terrible

  • @brendude95 First, many people migrated from PS2 to 360 when the current generation began and many JRPG experiences exist on 360 so that point is dead. Second, proof that the 360 handicapped XIII please? Otherwise, stop speculating. Finally, if SE didn't want FFXIII on 360, it wouldn't be there. MS can write as many checks as it wants, but SE has the final word. And SE chose more money. I'll be laughing if Versus is announced for 360 too. People like you won't be able to stand it! XD

  • @earlyriser03

Yes they did migrate because...first HD console...come on ovcourse everyone will buy it...but all im saying...the 360 lacks JRPS's or good ones at that...the market share with the 360 in Japan is poor...something along the lines of 5%...yes there is proof that 360 handicapped FFXIII it is obvious...firstly exclusive games tend to get worked a lot harder on that multiplats...graphics turn out better both ways because of not focussing on the port

  • @brendude95 What's "good" is totally subjective so let's strike that non-issue right now. Let's also strike the whole market share argument because that doesn't matter either. Finally, what you've provided isn't proof of anything just a general example of the usual benefits of single console development. How do you know SE didn't plan the game as is from the very beginning? Unless you worked alongside SE devs you know absolutely nothing and are just running on assumptions.

  • @earlyriser03

I was referring to JRPG's not being made because in Japan nobody buys 360 i think thats well enough explained...yes technically i am making assumptions...but thinking of just how linear FFXIII was its just not like Square to do that...i would much prefer X's linearity...and secondly i spent a fair few hours researching the content cut...the accessable places hinted at a free roam game...Theme parks...Lightnings house...a good 20GB's of missing content

  • @brendude95 Except 360 gets plenty of JRPGs and with timed exclusivity at that. And put in some towns to visit and maybe two minigames that aren't battle oriented and FFXIII would mirror just about every single flagship FF game in existence. SE basically cut the fat and streamlined the experience. Don't like it? Not everybody did. But there are many that do like it. Thus is the story of every single FF installment...

  • @earlyriser03

Yeah the Dreamcast was fantastic...it really had the fun factor...the Sonic Adventure games were brilliant and i never really got into Shenmue but it was fun...not to mention the PS1 multiplats looked a LOT better on Dreamcast...such fun back then...

  • @earlyriser03

Yeah i guess the 360 has got some JRPG's...the problem with FFXIII is that in the trailers you saw the gorgeous environments and an amazing world to explore...but you couldnt...you could look at it...i just wish some time or another you could just go in the water at the sunleth waterscape but you couldnt get near it

  • @earlyriser03

Yes it would be like every other FF title...but its just nice to take a break...free roam...you know what im on about?...i do like the game...i mean FFXIII is one of my favourite games ever...despite the issues with it they absolutely nailed everything else...the story was definately not generic and it was interesting and very well told and Cocoon and Pulse are amazing...they are deeper worlds than the one we have right here...its just thinking what could have been

  • @earlyriser03

the original FFXIII project + DVD = a no mix...SE did not want XIII on the 360...but money speaks more than words eh...or is everybody turning a blind eye to Micro$ofts play which is bordering illegal...yes i wont be able to stand it...im not having a limited game because of some check writing cunt...and im not taking mockery from some Xbot either...get fucked

  • @brendude95 Again, you don't know what the original vision was. Nor do you really know whether or not SE was considering XIII on 360 from the very beginning either. "for Playstation 3" was a given but SE execs easily could have been considering a 360 version right from the start. Move away from ignorance and fanboy sentiments and open your mind and maybe I'll stop mocking you.

  • @earlyriser03

like i said im not a fanboy...Dreamcast fanboy all the way...although i realised how much it lacked compared to PS2 i still stand by it like nobodies business...

Anyway...i havnt got a degree in psychology or anything but i know that Square Enix were planning a large scale game...when it was originally going to be released on PS2 they switched development to PS3 and stated "blu-ray" as a major advantage

  • @brendude95 Well thank goodness! Anyone who realizes the awesomness of the Dreamcast must not be a total flake. But in any case, plans change. Devs have such grand ideas when they get their hands on new tech. But when they realize the restrictions they pose, they have to reshape their visions accordingly. Just look at Hideo Kojima's disappointment over MGS4 for reference.

  • @earlyriser03

Yeah i agree MGS4 was a disappointment...i bought a PS3 for MGS4 and FFXIII...its no "10/10" game but it is fun...but they took the plot too far just like MGS2...

  • @earlyriser03

the game was on schedule to release in 2008 and Square seemed pretty confident that it was going to be released in 2008...as soon as it was announced on the 360 the development speed was pushed forward 2 more years...which i clearly see pointing to the fact they had to take the games structure back to the drawing board...and last of all is the quick switching pace of the game...it feels like between each chapter there is a missing link...like it had skipped

  • @brendude95 Not exactly. As the trailer above shows, the first glimpse of the game was in 2006. On average, FF games have a 2-4 year span of development. XIII fell within this average and in fact western localisation was relatively short compared to previous efforts. And once again you're full of assumptions. Unless you can provide proof that SE had to restructure the entire game once the 360 was announced (which doesn't make any sense), please stop making baseless claims.

  • @earlyriser03

I still stick by my guns...the 360 did limit Final Fantasy XIII to an extent...whether it was great or fairly minor it made an impact either way...and out of the many baseless claims i have just made a fair few have to be true...

  • @earlyriser03

So yes the 360 limited Final Fantasy XIII to an extent...am i pissed off about that? i wouldnt have been if the game was originally going to be multiplatform...beggers cant be choosers...but its HOW they got the game that really pissed me off...bribery...how low and pathetic must you be to deceive Final Fantasy fans just to crush the PS3's sales...they shouldnt be allowed to get away with it...

  • @earlyriser03

I dont mind 360 or PS3...i just cant accept how Micro$oft can get away with bribing like that...Halo shouldnt be on PS3...Zelda shouldnt be on 360...its just not right...and and original project which in content was roughly 50 - 75GB ovcourse its not going to fit on a fucking DVD...all im saying is that DVD DID handicap the game...im not a deluded fanboy...and im more pissed off by the fact not that the game is going multiplatform but the bribery...how disrespectful...

  • @brendude95 MS isn't getting away with anything the third party devs don't want them to. If Sony didn't sit on its hands and thought to actually fight for its exclusives instead of expecting them to come then it wouldn't be in such an odd position now and members of its loyal defense force i.e. YOU wouldn't be so butthurt. And once again you're making assumptions about the supposed original project. It's funny how much you're floundering in your argument.

  • @earlyriser03

Yes i am a "loyal defender" and i am butthurt...but is that so understandable after an overated company made a mockery of my most anticipated game of all time just because their overly rich and can buy anyone...you cant buy a wife you work for one...SONY did sit on their hands but you think im really going to be mad at them? i mean the blame falls on all 3 of their shoulders...but when Microsoft plays dirty to ruin my experience im not so fond of them which is understandable

  • @brendude95 So when MS does it it's dirty tactics but when Sony does it's quite all right? Double standard much?

  • @earlyriser03

Give me 1 good example when SONY did that...and even if they did on what scale of a game did they do it to?

  • @earlyriser03

Ive had enough im going to bed...i think i voiced my opinion enough

Im not a fanboy...just an annoyed Final Fantasy fan who has watched his most anticipated game get made a mockery by a greedy bribing company which i sure do and have always hated...then just for the whole ordeal to be laughed at by some fanboy...what Microsoft did is a disgrace to gaming...a dirty move just to gain more money and fuck up FFXIII for millions of fans...

  • @earlyriser03

All im saying is that the 360 should stick to 360 games such as FPS's made for the audience...i dont wan't my most anticipated game of all time being put onto limited hardware and then dumbened down just to cater to an FPS loving...360 hugging fanbase...there was a LOT of content missing from FFXIII and im not one to happy with change...i played the entire game thinking...this is stunning...but imagine what it COULD have been...it just wound me up

  • @brendude95 And all I'm saying is fanboys like you should remember the roots of FF. Or have you forgotten that Nintendo consoles were the original homes of the first six installments? Is it because you have to share with the "360 huggin fanbase" a series you've been lording over Nintendo gamers for so long? Yeah I think so. And LOL at your ignorance about the 360 library. A simple google search would reveal a wealth of varied titles outside of FPS games. OPEN YOUR EYES...

  • @earlyriser03

Well yes it had its nintendo roots...but im glad it switched to Playstation...that whole "Nintendo used to have FF" is old now...N64 wasn't a great console...mainly down to cartridge capacity...32mb vs 700mb was a no brainer...it just wasnt possible...so i dont blame them for switching to PS...the first 6 installments were good but i beleive 7/8/9 were better...apart from 6...

  • @earlyriser03

and that is the same reason why FFXIII is the way it is now...8.5gb vs 50+gb...history is repeating itself...N64 vs PS...not to mention that Nintendo has also being holding back performance to make Final Fantasy games possible...and im pretty confident the 360 library is pretty much FPS only...Fable 2 and Mass Effect 2 could be the exclusions...but what have they sold compared to HALO HALO HALO

  • @earlyriser03

I dont mind multiplatform games...bring Call of Duty...Resident Evil...GTA yes make it all multiplatform...but Final Fantasy are games which go hand in hand with the PS3...and i dont want my games limited because some rich twat is too busy with his checkbook...what happened to dignity instead of schemes...im surprised there was a law suit about this to be honest

  • @brendude95 And again, the same could have been said about FF and Nintendo years ago. You have a very limited grasp on Square's relationship with the console industry. I wouldn't be surprised if you started gaming during the PS1 era although feel free to prove me wrong. And LOL @ lawsuits! Are you effing kidding me? PS3 gamers still got the game. What more do you want?

  • @earlyriser03

I saw N64's cartridge as betrayal to FF...they know FF games are big and 32mb is big no go...thats that...Square did the right thing back then...i started gaming during the Mega Drive days but i did go back to the NES to play Mario etc.

    And yes @ lawsuits

I beleive bribery with the main focus of deceiving another company is illegal and very immoral? its a shame someone as ignorant as you could not care about something like that...

  • @earlyriser03

Yes i think the blame also falls on Square Enix's and SONY's shoulders...

Square Enix for taking the money in the first place...(im getting worried about that company they have been greedy since merging with Enix)

SONY's for being so up their own arse with confidence to fail a launch and not bother to try to keep its top exclusive

  • @brendude95 The first sensible thing you've said since this started. Kudos to you. There may be hope for you yet...

  • @earlyriser03

^ smart talk nonsense...typical of youtube...points towards nothing more than someone who is more stubborn and ignorant than a mule

  • @brendude95 You call me stubborn yet fail to recognize the holes I keep poking into your argument. Oh well, such is the way of most youtube posters.

  • @earlyriser03

Hey i know every comment on youtube overblows into an argument...and there are some REAL pricks on youtube who do not know a thing...

but dont judge me as a fanboy or anything because im not...im just a hardcore FFXIII fan who felt absolutely crushed after waiting and waiting for 4 years to receive what could have been a perfect game but had so many irritant flaws which automatically pointed to the 360...

  • @brendude95 You want proof that trumps your 360 limited FFXIII theory? Look at Lost Odyssey, a game that has all the usual trappings of any other JRPG including towns and minigames. I'll cease to call you a fanboy when you stop acting like one.

  • @earlyriser03

Wow i try to be nice yet you act a cunt...

Is you ignorance not getting anything yet...? has my opinion and truth not broken down your ignorant barrier...YOU are the fucking fanboy...you are defending 360 at all costs...fucking Americans i should expect no better...i try but you wont listen so good day you CUNT

  • @brendude95 LOL! And as usualy you resort to the name-calling because you haven't a leg to stand on. Thanks for proving my point by not trying to sustain an appropriate argument and lowering yourself to an insult flinging simpleton. Dry your tears and have a good day, fellow human!

  • @earlyriser03 I play mostly on ps3, but have a 360. I hate most 360 exclusives (gears, halo, alan wake), but Lost odyssey is the best jrpg by far this generation and stomps on FFXIII in every way, and mass effect is the best wrpg along with fallout 3. FFXIII is linear because the game creators are clueless and seem to have no idea what makes a good game, they're all style over substance and aspire to be movie directors. Nomura is working on 6 different games so none of them can be very good.

  • @valleyshrew People don't have to like the 360 or its games. But to blame it for FFXIIIs perceived faults is a major misstep, especially when making such a claim without any PROOF like brendude did. That was the point I was trying to make but it kept going right over the dude's head. I like both XIII and LO for different reasons. Neither one is perfect but they both provide enjoyable experiences. Hopefully future titles will be of even higher quality! =)

  • @earlyriser03 I was anticipating XIII for years, but it's easily the worst game in the series since VII. It has the least characters, least locations, least everything. I read all the dream segments in LO, I couldn't bear to read the boring data logs in XIII. Can I ask why you like it? I've made 100,000 words of notes over 2 100% playthrus in preperation for a review but would like positive perspective. Fast battles seems the main like for people, but they're slower cos enemies have more HP!

  • @valleyshrew The faster pace. SE cut the fat out of the experience that normally serves as filler for JRPGs. Towns and minigames were missed but their omission didn't detract from the fun. Except Snow and Serah the characters were good. The story (less the love story) was good but I wanted more details (ever read XII's bestiary? THAT's the detail I wanted). The main problem? There was no NewGame+. I won't play again for awhile simply because the battle system takes so long to develop.

  • @valleyshrew Honestly, the experience of XIII is every FF game (except spin-offs and XI) in their purest sense. I can fully understand why people want the diversions of towns, minigames, and sidequests. They enrich the experience. But to knock what XIII offers is to knock the core experience of the very series that they claim to enjoy, if not the majority of the JRPG genre. XIII has its faults, no doubt. But it is not deserving of so much hate.

  • @valleyshrew Nomura didn't work on 13 beyond designing the characters, though, so don't go blaming him just because you didn't like 13. He's directing Versus XIII which looks fantastic so far. 13 was linear but I really liked it; by the way, many of the creators of 13 are the same people who worked on FFs 7-12.

  • @earlyriser03

and i felt that by Microsoft bribing for the game just made it 10x worse...i waited 4 years for a game that never came because of greed...it just really really wound me up...

Hell if Microsoft hadnt bribed for FFXIII i would have a 360 right now...it just i was so disgusted at what they did it turned me away from the 360 completely despite the pretty good console it actually is...just a shame about Microsoft

  • @brendude95 Again with the bribery argument? Come the freak on dude. I suppose Sony's "bribe" for timed exclusivity with the GTA series back in the PS2 days, thus keeping Xbox owners away from the title for a number of months didn't phase you one bit, huh?

  • @earlyriser03

Well that and idiots who call themselves real gamers and put Halo 3 on a pedestal and claim it as "da best game eva" ...anyway hopefully FFvXIII will deliver a free roam experience...it cannot compete with the chars and plot of XIII but at least i will get a good taste of some RPG gameplay...if Microsoft keeps their checkbook in their pocket this time hopefully i can get a Final Fantasy game without the flaws

  • @brendude95 You're just full of contradictions. One post you claim FFXIII as terrible, then you claim that some aspects will automatically be better than Versus? You're all over the place and it is truly truly funny and sad.

  • @earlyriser03

By the way dont think i have a bad taste in games or console either...just check my videos...they are some pretty classic games from my childhood...you might not like a few but if most of them aren't good games i guess i dont know what are

  • @brendude95 Your taste in games has no bearing on the subject at hand. You claim 360 limited FFXIII but provide no proof. You claim that MS asking for a 360 port amounts to bribery but neglect to remember Sony's previous history with its own exclusives. And like any fanboy you dismiss the quality library of variety the 360 offers just so you can deny that there is more outside of Sony land. Good for you. You've enjoyed other games. Doesn't mean you aren't acting like a fanboy now.

  • CGI

  • WOOOOW

  • Its gonna be on hell of a game... Final Fantasy XIII is coming to the Xbox 360 and Playstation 3.

  • does anyone here know the name of the final fantasy 13 song playing in the trailer?

  • I have the japanese demo that came with Advent Children Complete. That is the battle theme. If you don't believe me, copy and paste this into the youtube search: FF13 - Battles (Skip Cutscene) - 2/3 (HD)

  • this girl is amazin! who could be the prototype ? but ff games r not good for playin.they should just make movies...llooll

  • Can't wait till I get a Playstation 3, and inevitably this game as well ^.^

Looks fantastic in terms of graphics etc...as for game play I will have to wait and see, either way I will still get it.

  • Any1 kno her name???

  • lighten i think

  • Lightning

  • Damn i like this girl this is not the first time i see this vid is just that i get impressed each time i see her...hey in a moment it looked that that fight is the gameplay it would be awesome if it is

  • Square Enix stated that the fighting part was actual gameplay.

  • Woah! SICK! :D I'm definitely getting a PS3. Played FF 1-8 and 11, I guess I'll play 10-13 later.
