I AM DISATISFIED WITH THIS PRODUCT AS I HAVE TRIED CLEANING WITH SOAPY WATER ABD YOUR PRODUCT BUT I AM GETTING SMEARS, WHICH CONTREVENES THE TRADES DESCRIPTION ACT, I THEREFORE WANT MY REFUNDED FOR THE WINDOW CLEANER. LIQID BUT I WILLI KEEP THE WINDOW CLEANER AS IT IS EASIER THAN DOING IT BY HAND. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED. PLEASE LET ME KNOW AS SOON AS POSSIPLE YOUR RESONSE TO MY LETTER. YOURS ETC MARGARET.
i have tried this machine with soapy water and get smears, then purchased your product but to no avail, i am still getting smears, your advert contrevenes the trade description act and if i don't receive my money back from the three empty sachets i will be getting touch with the t,d.a. I shall be keeping the window cleaner as it is much easier than doing them by hand. i await your reply. yours etc magaret sheen.
