The Bamboo people is only in for a short time, as one person said they cannot be fully submereged for long periods. As for the poop on the plants, they get nutrients from the water itself. Dont leave you bamboo in tanks too long..
@themjmohanraj Lucky bamboo will eventually rot and die if grown fully submerged. The leaves of the plant at least must be submerged for it to survive and grow.
Have you had that plant long? It doesn't seem to have grown much.

You should take your plants out of the pots and let their roots grow in the gravel. They'll do better.
