@Zofnok 'contrary to popular belief, ignorance is not bliss. its ignorance. the fact that you'd even say that, makes you ignorant. welcome to the club, i suppose.
@HoursTillAutumnx You just proved the saying "ignorance is bliss", because youre ignorant, but youre not upset about being ignorant because you wont admit to yourself that you are infact pretty fucking ignorant.. and so youre happy about "not being ignorant"... "bliss"... Ignorant>you>bliss... *get the look*
@Zofnok 'not only are you childishly argumentative, but you're immensely stubborn and damn near pathetically stupid. you think saying the same thing over and over again in different wording is going to change the non-factual nature of it? that right there, is ignorance.
@trentonexcavation personally i think Olympic weightlifters, Bodybuilders and Powerlifters r the strongest strenght athletes but its really nice to see this guy doin that planche wwich belongs to Gymnastics
@MadnessJuan youre fucking stupid if you think they arent strong. they dont train for gymnastic strength. with their size and weight, itd be damn near impossible. Jay Cutler is 275 pounds in contest shape. using your gay logic, "show me a video of a 275 pound gymnast" bodybuilders may not be able to do things that gymnasts or powerlifters can, but its a stupid myth that theyre weak. theyre very fit and their muscle tissue is still much superior to that of an average person.
@obezana They're stronger than the average person? you mean someone that trains is stronger than someone who doesn't? SHITT I would've never figured that out.
When did I say they were weak? learn to read, I said strength to back up their muscles. As in their strength is in correlation with their body. That is NOT common amongst BBers and I wasn't even insulting him, skinny phaggot.
Look up Kai Greene's interview, he says it himself, he trains for MASS not STRENGTH.
@obezana Oh yeah, check out a guy by the name of D-300, as his name implies, he's 300 lbs but can do "gymnast" shit and he doesn't even have a build anywhere near Jay Cutlers.
Your logic of weight =/= strength is flawed. It's not your weight that prevents you from being able to lift yourself, it's your strength. There are heavy people that can do push ups and pull ups no problem, why is that? because they have STRENGTH.
@MadnessJuan wow. so ur trying to make a point yet u urself say "he doesnt have a build anywhere near Jay Cutlers" bodybuilders dont fucking train for gymnastics, thats why they usually cant do gymnastics. fucking shocking!
@obezana Which is EXACTLY why I said that you idiot. A body builder doing something out of his zone, this is a "gymnastic" move apparently and guess what, he can do it! That's pure strength that MOST body builders can not achieve.
And he doesn't train for gymnastics either, hell he's overweight. You're trying to defend these guys as if I was taking a shot at them, it's a fact. Very very few BBers have the strength to back up their immense physique. That was my point.
@MadnessJuan goddamn how stupid are you? they dont fucking train for gymnastics. thats like me training for fucking ballet and u coming in and saying im not a good mma fighter. no fucking shit captain obvious.
@MadnessJuan fucking blow me moron.. u probably dont even work out.. the only people who have beef with bodybuilders are faggots who got bullied in high school or something lol
@MadnessJuan ur a fucking retard.. Jay Cutler, who throws up 450 on the incline bench for easy reps and leg presses 1000 pounds for 30 reps is weak.. ur stupidity speaks for itself.
@MadnessJuan why dont u stop pretending to be an intellectual. fucking closet fag. learn to spell and read? lmfao what? are u aspiring to be a fucking high school english teacher or something? goddamn nerd. its the fucking internet, slang and lack of punctuation is the norm. but u already know that. ur just looking for moot fucking points. so that ur fragile ego thinks u won some "important" argument on youtube.
@WojciechGola97 Of course... There's one thing people like you don't understand. Bodybuilding is their sport and in order to get to the top of the sport, they need every advantage they can get. If he doesn't do it to get to the top, you can be sure as hell the guy next to him will. Even if this guy has done steroids, it's still an amazing feat of strength. Not every bodybuilder can do this. But hey... the more you know :)

what i find funny is lots of people here ( fat ass and skinny guy i assume) thought that bodybuilders is weakling because they thought ( yeah i know they idiots) all bodybuilders have muscle from steroids only ( yeah you inject steroids to arms and vooooilaaaa!!! you have big arms) lol lol.........bodybuilders gaining that muscle from lifting heavy heavy ass weights you dumbass.....lol you all here are so moron
@hanifabidin90 You're generalizations plus grammatical errors make you look like the moron my misconstrued friend. Lmao.
Body builders are "weak" when it comes to gymnastics/body weight strength. Of course they can lift "heavy heavy ass weights" because that's what they have been training for?
Besides, this guy is obviously a gymnast turned body builder.
Guys wtf thats not what he did. If you pause and look closely he actually picked the world up for a second and then set it down. I believe the Japanese can testify to that
Why are so many so impressed a man of solid steroid induced muscle overdevelopement, can do somthing which requires great strength, besides taking steroids and eating huge amounts of calories,he works out as a profession.
It is great this guy surel debunk the myths that you can have lots of beef and still have great functional strength.. still it takes an incredible amount of work to do the planche at his body weight since his legs are so much bigger..
ya know how much someone with a heavy lower body struggles with that,i mean hes got proportional arms but still, thats fuckin' beastmode, really shows that these dudes dont just lift a bunch of heavy shit all day
@MegaUnavailableusern because of the way levers work. try holding a 10kg object a foot in front of you, then at arms length. then consider how much his legs weigh.
@JimbleBass I think I know more than you mate, most of the weight is centered so there is less weight force from his legs. His hands are a pivot so he is trying to put most of his weight infront of his arms and balance
@MegaUnavailableusern I agree he is trying to get as much weight in front of his hands as possible to balance out his lower body weight, but i rather think his lower body is still heavier than his upper body. I guess we can agree to disagree, but my reasoning is based on that i can do much heavier sit ups than i can do leg raises, though both use the same muscle to bend at the waist, the only difference is weight.
Well, Correct me if i am wrong. But why is it more impressive for a bodybuilder to do a full planche? Is it because his is heavier than your average person? He is also way stronger than your average person! Don't get me wrong tho! It is impressive non the less (I personally can't do a planche) I am just trying to figure why is it more impressive than others.... I think it would be 100% more impressive if an average looking guy with an average body fat %age do a full planche!
@Knowyourbody bodybuilders arent built for strength, contrary to popular belief. theyre built for aesthetics (looking big). they dont care if theyre strong. sure, its a perk that they get...theyre definitely strong, just not training for strength. this move, requires extreme strength relative to bodyweight. its way impressive that he can do this. especially for that long. i dont know if this explanation makes any sense, but i recommend you read about hypertrophy vs strength gains.
@Knowyourbody I bet ex-gymnasts that totally let themselves go and became fat or "average" could probably do it. Why? Because the planche is more of a joint/tendon move than muscle per se and I think you keep that strength "for life". You gain the strength through static training and not dynamic. You don't build much mass doing the planche. I would know this because when I did planche training I gained less than ten pounds after i was "done". I can always add weighted vest or ankle weights tho.
@pimpintheseboys1 They are wearing dream tan. It is a kind of lotion and is gold color and has gold looking flakes in it. Really is cool stuff. Messy as heck though lol
its not about being thin or heavy its all about how long hes been training the planche ,,,how can we have to explain eveything to those human here on earth
@triggersprollie why would he be dehydrated? being hydrated assists in removing water retention and giving a dry look - i think thats the aim for most bodybuilders, no?
@IhAvIk93 nah dude to get the real tight skin look a few weeks out of a comp bodybuilders drink like 2 gallons of water a day to saturate themselves then reduce it so by the time competition rolls around they are only drinking half a cup of water the day of the comp. it makes the skin really suck onto the muscles. greg plitt does a full video on it on his website if you dont believe me
DONT READ THIS BECAUSE IT ACTULLY WORKS.YOU WILL GET KISSED ON THE NEAREST POSSIBLE FRIDAYBY THE LOVE OF YOUR LIFE.TOMORROW WILL BE THE BEST DAY OF YOUR LIFE.HOWEVER IF YOU DO NOT POST THIS COMMENT TO AT LEAST THREE OTHER VIDEOS YOU WILL DIE IN 2DAYS.NOW UV STARTED READING THIS THIS AND DONT STOP. THIS IS SO SCARY.PUT THIS ON AT LEAST 5 VIDEOS IN A 143 MINUTES AND WHEN YOUR DONE PRESS F6 AND YOUR LOVES NAME WILL APPEAR ON THE SCREEN IN BIG LETTERS. THIS IS SO SCARY CAUSE IT ACTULLY WUKS
the question ist: can he do it because or despite his bodybuilding-training? many good strength athletes actually were gymnasts in their younger years. if you once reached the planche in training as a child it is unlikly to loose this ability as you grow up when you continue to train hard.
this is sick..beautiful planche...think of how this bodybuilders prepare for such competitions...just eating dry stuff, drinking nothing...very long hold for such circumstances
@staerder I would like to see how long you hold the position of full planche ... it is one of the hardest bodyweight exercises, and for a bodybuilder is even more difficult (and unlikely) ...
@MasterDrops92 but i don't understund why is more difficult for them? i mean yes they weight alot but weight not from fat but from muscles... its pure power!

@pimpintheseboys1 They are wearing dream tan. It is a kind of lotion and is gold color and has gold looking flakes in it. Really is cool stuff. Messy as heck though lol

its not about being thin or heavy its all about how long hes been training the planche ,,,how can we have to explain eveything to those human here on earth
zekidz 1 month ago
really amazing
most planche guys are thin and light
it's very hard to make a planche when you are heavy
who is he? he is better than the others because you also need technique!

a guy that weight, and he would be tired and dehydrated like fuck, well done
triggersprollie 1 month ago 33
@triggersprollie why would he be dehydrated? being hydrated assists in removing water retention and giving a dry look - i think thats the aim for most bodybuilders, no?
IhAvIk93 4 weeks ago
@IhAvIk93 nah dude to get the real tight skin look a few weeks out of a comp bodybuilders drink like 2 gallons of water a day to saturate themselves then reduce it so by the time competition rolls around they are only drinking half a cup of water the day of the comp. it makes the skin really suck onto the muscles. greg plitt does a full video on it on his website if you dont believe me
imboredofstudy 4 weeks ago
@imboredofstudy i believe you, i was going off of my own knowledge about water retention, i havent personally looked into contest prep
IhAvIk93 4 weeks ago
@imboredofstudy None of these guys does it without diuretics

That bitch looks like he is made of iron, not cuz of his muscle, cuz of what ever fake tan he has.

TRUE BODY BUILDER
akbar657 2 months ago 36
the question ist: can he do it because or despite his bodybuilding-training? many good strength athletes actually were gymnasts in their younger years. if you once reached the planche in training as a child it is unlikly to loose this ability as you grow up when you continue to train hard.

this is sick..beautiful planche...think of how this bodybuilders prepare for such competitions...just eating dry stuff, drinking nothing...very long hold for such circumstances
buettler88 4 months ago
Only 6 seconds??? it's a very low level of planche
staerder 4 months ago
@staerder I would like to see how long you hold the position of full planche ... it is one of the hardest bodyweight exercises, and for a bodybuilder is even more difficult (and unlikely) ...
MasterDrops92 4 months ago 61
@MasterDrops92 I keep this posotion for 3 seconds, but 6 seconds is little to a professional
staerder 4 months ago
@MasterDrops92 but i don't understund why is more difficult for them? i mean yes they weight alot but weight not from fat but from muscles... its pure power!
