Ok I'm not dissing this because i liked it and I couldn't personally do better, however for "24 students I did expect alot more I mean It didn't look to me that is was polished wasn't alot of color corrections and I mean even the simple masking of the vehicle smashing the news reporter could have been better for that many students it would have really sold the effects if she had acted to the scene alot more thoroughly. There wasn't alot of realism to this . but over all nice job. congrats.

and there is also one thing i have always wondered, aliens are always said to be cleverer than humans then why don't they atleast show the intelligence of covering themselves in nice clothes rather than walking naked all the time

Sice we have been watching Hollywood level CGI's,this appears pale in the comparison...BUT,the moment you keep that aside & watch it with the intensity that it was prepared with,the whole atmosphere looks very lively,as if the World is really crumbling around us.

Interesting effort.The critics here,need to understand,that these guys probably worked on a paper thin budget,but am sure,given an oppurtunity ,funding & resources,thee people can do wonders of the unthinkable magnitude.

That Anchor lady was not frightening even the rolling truck was forcing towards her. 2. The Charminar episode, nobody was fearing/running when it's collapsing, only the crew member was running away.

Awesome job you guys. There is one small thing I wanted to point out. Please stop copying other films. There is a scene where the old guy walks up to open the door. This is straight lift from the day-after-tomorrow movie.

You guys did a good job, yet some -ve points

1. Physics are unreal some times. @ 1.35 that cement block falls slowly @ 2.02, the exterior falls as if it a thermocol sheet @ 5.03, The alien texture is poor 2. Mistake unless you wanted it like that. @ 6.07 the proportion of the props on the land compared to that building is not correct, Somewhat cartoony!

Point 1 is where you have to improve skills

Point 2 is related to your thinking.

But overall effort is "commendable".
