ure missing a few vital steps in the tutorial... the biggest of which is the customize folder, go to Cydia and download the app called Customize... THEN open winSCP and THEN you can find that folder....

u have to jailbreak your ipod search that on youtube then you will get a installer app from there you can get as many apps and themes. if you want to connect to your computer after you have jailbroken it download "BSD subsystem" and "open ssh". now download winspc or filezilla then find your ip adress on your itouch that will be your host name then username will be root and the password is alpine. enjoy
