@LittleEmoBoy001 Hi, not sure, as I don't use Garage Band, but I imagine you can record direct into your sound card and hook up via midi to use those functions. You may be able to find an user manual on-line which will shed some light. Good Luck! Rich.
Try the chords for "Loro" by e. gismonti. Here's a sampling: A minor seven flat five (A Eb G C) to D9#5 (F# A E C) to Gsus4b9 (G C Ab F) to Csus4b9 (F Db E Bb) to Dbmaj7b5 (F C A Db) to Bbsus47 (F Bb Eb Ab) to Bb7 (F Bb D Ab) to Db7B5 (F B G Db) to Dm6 (F B A D)
@mirf59 Thanks for the suggestions and comments - perhaps I will upload something a bit more "challenging" on the ear! Do you have any example progressions using the chords you mention? I am always keen to learn from others.
can the gr30 be used to record in garage band?

@Hollmanator
I'm also wondering if it's true that there are tracking issues with this model?

Ninths and sevenths. Is that it? What about the 6 (13), the 4 (11). What about sharping or flatting the 5?
Why don't you play a major 13 with a sharp 11, a flat 9. and a sharp 5? That might sound cool.
Ninths and sevenths aren't all that lush. Andy Summers beat those ninths to death 30 years ago for the Police.

Muy bonita. This reminds a bit of the synth introduction in the Dave Weckl Band's song "Oasis".

is this coming from a pedal or is this a midi guitar
warped4000 2 years ago
The sounds are generated on a Roland GR30 guitar synth via a GKA2 pickup fitted to a standard guitar.
Cheers.
