So I don't get it. Another link ( watch?v=JBJlkIfOz64 ) claims their video is Elliott playing "Say Yes" at Redfest on 9/19/03, but this one and that one are clearly different versions, and it has nothing to do with camera angles.

Wow, this may sound weird, but he looks really sad in this video. I can't help but to believe that this is because he is sober. He had a horrible drug problem, and drugs make deppression worse(except for weed =) ), but it's almost as if he was happier on them.

i used to think that, but then i changed my view on it, i think of it this way; the people who dont know him dont deserve to listen to him, and its something u have that the rest of the morons in the world dont have. this makes me feel privileged and greatful i descovered him, .and there's no point in showing other people, as their ethier ungreatful, or kill it , if hes for them, they will find him on their own, my opinion

very true. he was clean in a lot of ways, esp. during this show. he usually took Adderal as a performance enhancer but this was his first show where he didn't do that. he cut out a lot of things near the end of his life. i would say he was too hard on himself but it's still amazing that he did that.
