@16airassualt if ever the day comes when you need to protest against injustice perpertrated on your own self.I'll be sure to call you a smelly hippie and wish the guards well on cracking your own skull with their batons.
be sure that the guards will turn on you when you ever step out of sync with the state.
haahaha, what happens when coppers come to work with a hangover haha, BOLLOCKS ,its what happens when a bunch of crusty waisters start clogging up the streets and causing problems in a busy city, and coppers do their job.
For fuck sake, the "street carnival" didn't even go through the correct channels to use the streets and disrupt traffic. Look how understaffed the Gardaí were? I wouldn't blame robocop for going nuts, they were just trying to clear the bloody street and allow resumption of normal business.
@TheRogerBoy That was brutality pure and simple, if those arseholes can't deal with a few harmless students without cracking heads they should go back to Templemore farm.
1. They never contacted the Gardaí about their protest so it was not legitimate
2. The Gardaí were seriously out numbered and from what I can see did a relatively good job in this situation
3. This was day time Dame street as far as I can see. Without legitimate reason to protest it was simply unacceptable to clog up a busy part of Dublin for so long.
@TheRogerBoy u ought to b ashamed of urself, condoning violence from the gardaí, and justifying it. that was a lovely peaceful bunch of kids, havin a party on their streets. gardaí r pple too, i only hope that this particular robocop mentality evident here is not something that will EVER find acceptance. tho, they have disgraced themselves in Rossport, so i hold little hope. the State is ruled by corporations, cops protecting their interests, not the peoples. sad country we livin in
everyone in ireland supports the gardai beating up these smelly hippie college freeloaders so dont waste your breath

1. "Legitimate" or not does not give the right to launch criminal assault on peaceful protestors
2. The gardai were outnumbered by a crowd of harmless students and acted like cowardly thugs
3. So clearing the road of a few protestors takes precedence over not acting like a pack of fascists?
Your heroes weren't so good or brave this day four years ago when they faced a crowd ready and able to stand up to them, riot squad and all.
