hey i downloaded this for my phone and my bbm or facebook wont work :( why is this please help!!

I have already downloaded the OS but when I open the BB desktop manager and look for updates, I can see the OS 5.0.0.230 in the list yet when I tried to install it, it says only restricted to BB users. what should I do?

I downloaded this new OS it was kool, but it kept on restarting my blackberry. Is there a way to fix this. or did i do something wrong.

Great Video man. I was debating if I should install this OS and I saw mixed reviews on the forums and i couldn't find any screen shots of the OS.

i installed the os 5.0 and i have yet to have any problems... its much faster, threades sms rocks! the only thing that occured was my messengers, and blackberry app world were deleted. but u can re download them fairly quickly. i love how fast it is. no problems. i have verizon so mine no longer says 1xevdo its now a 3g and bb symbol.

So how does mms show up on there? i know that sms is threaded and shows up under the persons name as a chat but does mms have a seperate thread also or does each mm just show up as indiviual messages unthreaded?

you just download the update to your computer. at the end of the installation it will ask you if you would like to open desktop mangier. you click yes plug in your phone to you PC. desktop mangier detects your phone and promps you if you would like to install the updates for your phone. It takes about 30 minuets some times more some times less. ( it is important not to unplug your phone or this will brake it)

i have no idea how this works... since its a leaked os and it damages my phone it would void my warranty right?
