what i dont understand is why wasnt frances honoured at the emmys either primetime or daytime i've checked you tube and cant find the in memoriam for 2010 daytime emmys i live in australia we only saw alice's death and funeral about six weeks ago and we dont get the daytime emmy's so if someone has please post we're 14mnths behind the US am looking foward to will & sonny and the relaunch and i hope DAYS OF OUR LIVES is around for another 46 years

I was extremely sad they didn't bring Shawn Douglas and Marlena back for the funeral....they were so very close to Alice.

You should look at the scene in which Alice breaks the news about Tom's death to Mickey and Maggie back 1994 - now that was the saddest scene.. the music in the background, the acting..

Here, it wasn't as sad as it could be.

Thank you for posting. I was so looking forward to this epi but it got pre-empted of all frickin days and I don't have Soapnet! And then, to top it off, I went to my mom's b/c she has Soapnet, and her damn electricity went out! It wasn't meant for me to see! But thanks to you. I just wish I could've watched it in peace and have a good cry. Hmmmm, perhaps if I put the boys to bed....I'll watch this again.
