If they pointed to this document, I think it would be enough to say that Obama changed his mind and went back on an agreement. Of course, I still stand behind him 100% on that decision, because it was the right move. How do we know that PACs and lobbyists didn't pay for it? Let's say for instance you're a lobbyist, you give money to your wife to give to Obama, then you leave Obama an email telling him that your wife gave money via you. Magically, the money was not given by a lobbyist, and the lobbyist still has influence. This kind of thing happens all the time on both sides of the isle. To think that Obama ran a 100% free campaign is ridiculous and you'd have to be either naive or a moron, or both.

The average donation to the Obama/Biden campaign has been $86. I donated $75 to the Obama campaign even though the company I was working for down-sized and I was laid off in August. Obama was able to get the message out. McCain did not even have a message! With Obama, I see hope and optimism for our future. With McCain, I see no change, only a vile dirty campaign.
