I don't like pop, R&B, rap or anything of that nature but I've come to like the Happy Feet Two soundtrack, I listen to the songs everyday, most of them are pretty powerful and moving in my opinion, I had no idea Pink had this kind of voice in her. I respect her but now I do even more. I think Happy Feet Two was a beautiful movie, probably one of the best sequels. I don't care what the critics say about this film.

Anyway. This scene blew me away. The animation, the effects, the song, everything. I was swept away. I don't see how this can be interpreted as a religious song (nor do I care; believe it or not, the concept of love and hope is NOT exclusive to Christianity, it's much older), I saw it as how the scene was blatantly meant to be: a mother facing death giving her heartbroken son a message of hope, and their entire nation joining as one to voice and celebrate that hope, which was all they had left.
