I'm sure that's Phil Brice doing the voiceover at 2:26 to 2:33.  He worked for Beacon Radio from 1976 to 1979 and now runs a commercial production company called Koala in Birmingham.

Oh Wow! What a treasure! Great to see the Piccadilly Plaza again and those orange and white buses! The jingle samples donated by JAM at the end are truly the icing on the cake!
