Wow I wish you could have shown more video footage on this. This is one of the most phenomenal videos I've seen about HAARP. Why else would Raytheon (which is the main contractor for the American Defense Forces) buy the company that had this technology? It has to be used as weaponry!! There's no other explanation as to why a "Defense and Weapons" contractor would buy it!
