Imam Riz Khan has a good defense in America because he is America there is a room for investigation, but in Islamic courty, there is no such process. If a Christian Pastor/priest will be suspected, sure that pastor/priest will be killed by any muslim.

OK, I'll B the first. We have got 2 stop assuming ALL Muslims are terrorists. Just because Israel "believed" he promoted terrorism doesn't make it true. Perhaps his activity should be monitored but we should not assume Mohammad Qatanani is a terrorist just because Israel thinks so. Considering Isreal's contempt for anything Palestinian, even peaceful Palestinians. I agree w/US immigration judge; there is not enough evidence the Imam means any harm 2 the US.
