  • OMG!!! Serial Bannanna Killers!!! Hide your kids! Hide you wife! LOL!!

  • This episode makes me so jealous of all the abundence of raw and fresh stuff you can get in the US. I can't even get hold of kale here in Greece and forget those coconuts.

  • I like this episode.

  • oh my this looks lovely! do you two live in an apartment if you dont have a house? if you had a house, you could grow a garden!

  • Matt i absolutely love ur parents! And ur dad has such a positive smile! Wow!

  • looks yummy! i like your moms top!

  • I make chocolate desserts like this all the time. However I always ferment my coconut meat and water to get as much probiotics as possible. It makes the flavor good also. I always add spirulina when using cacao to get the green nutrients too. It is better to use no agave, honey or maple syrup but soak figs or dates and use both the dates and soak water for sweetner. Lucuma & mesquite & maca are good to add also.

  • What's wrong with honey? Honey has amazing taste and it nutrient dense!

  • nothing, but i am also fighting candida, leukemia and obesity. So lower glycemic sugar subs are preferred for my health and possibly other folks are in the same situation and so I shared info.

  • its awesome after youve beat blood sugar issues and built up an abundance of healthy body flora, imo :)

  • Matt's parents are so sweet!

  • Holy cow, I need one of those blenders!

  • I'm confused about the baby Thai coconuts, because have read/watched videos that they are soaked in formaldehyde, and most are not organic. Also, that they are a cross-breed - made to be super-sweet, and so not natural coconuts. You guys seem to really use a lot of them daily?

  • hey friend, google: "Thai coconuts formaldehyde"

looks to me as it's a rumor, but i've just started researching it.

  • that myth was dispelled back in 06. a raw food chef took a bunch of different thai coconuts from different stores and markets and had them tested in a lab and there were zero traces of formaldehyde in any of them.

  • thanks dudes...awsome Recipes and you have a awsome family.

  • you have something on your chin, that didn't look like chocolate pudding - great recipe and looked lovely! Thanks for sharing

  • oh yummmy im going to make that right now matt but im going to use some fresh black berries from our aunts garden here in pretty denmark!

  • thats how I make all of my meals! just make it up and go mmmm! yum yum! P=

  • Aww that was cute. :)

  • Thanks for the inspiration. Awesome shows..
