This is more or less a bill that won't get rid of tobacco Giants, but rather small but annoying competition, that in general make better Cigarettes. It's really just blaming Tobacco for our problems, the way Obama talks about it, while at the same time giants come out smiling, making plenty of money off of low quality tobacco. Is it really right to straight up Sodomize Americans who are otherwise good people? Are children really smoking high price cigarettes?
