The dangerous&scary part of what the anti-homosexual Christian, Pentecostal, Evangelical Fundamentalist have done? When David was close to death they brought a young woman not a young man. eddie486us 1 Corinthians 6:9 KJV does not address homosexuality; it speaks to male prostitution which is the Greek translation for effeminate. Rom 1st chapter KJV was an incident and an idictment against a group of heterosexuals who abandoned God and their sexuality to worship idols gods; God also abandoned them. Verses 26&27 are predicated on verses 21-23; understanding the entire chapter in it's proper contexts is the key. Isolating one particular verse out of context is not acceptable.

When David was close to death they brought a young woman not a young man. O.K. then I have another friend in ATL who told me that he and his family members always knew he would grow up to be a homosexual because he was always doing things that were only done by females. Playing with dolls, dressing in female apparel ever since he was able to dress himself. He told me he wasn't abused, that he it was just in him. The bottom line is choice. You can say you were born gay, but we were all born into sin. @MrMrahill sir; I have addressed Romans 1 many times over within it's proper context from the KJV in this forum; I have no regard for the NIV, NKJV, NLT or BLT The KJV has been defrauded by many other versions of the bible that has changed&added words to identify the"homosexual"who will not enter the kingdom of heaven.The evil from the scriptures that has been misused does not equal same gender love. Church religion identifys homosexuality as sin. One chooses to sin; not their sexuality.

You reference Levitcus 18:22 which as you mentioned is the old Mosaic law that we are no longer under. This is true, so I'd rather deal with the New Testament scripture.

@ardysslifenow 1st Corinthian 6:9 KJV has been defrauded by many other versions of the bible that has changed and added words to identify the "homosexual" who will not enter the kingdom of heaven when the word "effeminate" in Greek actually refers to male prostitutes and "abusers of themselves with mankind" which is just that... which seems to speak to those who patronize the male prostitute.
The evil of that scripture does not equal to or address same gender love.

I see you're still speaking in generalities. You have obviously been in the church long enough to dialogue in Christian lingo. Have you found one scripture where homosexuality is condoned or any other sin? Let's cut to the chase and dig into scripture. In each of your responses you reply with a subjective(your opinion) of scripture. I can give you objective truth about what the Bible says about the life you are choosing. Believe it or not, some of us are trying to snatch you from the flames.

Romns 1 For this God gave them over to degrading passions for their women exchanged the natural function for that which is unnatural and in the same way also the men abandoned the natural function of the woman and burned in their desire toward one another men with men committing indecent acts and receiving in their own persons the due penalty of their error just as they did not see fit to acknowledge God any longer God gave them over to a depraved mind to do those things that are not proper
