  • At 16:40 what is he saying? it sounds like FFFFFFFFFFFUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUCCK

  • @LuckyAssult

Try Hawk, as in the character.

  • @kamenriderfan1988 oh. Well. Still sounds like he's saying fuck.

    XD

  • lol. This whole episode makes me laugh... send the aerospace fighter in! Oh, n/m, she crashed and we landed safe anyways. Sometimes I wonder why I liked this cartoon when I was younger. I also dislike how they basically butchered the entire series with this cartoon. Ah well. Enhanced imaging was still cool :)

  • @Rejor111 You probably enjoyed it as a child for the same reason that I did - that it contained (then) top notch computer graphics as well as featuring the same action and adventure as you knew from the games and books.

Or it could be that when you were a kid, you were a little more naive to the ways of how things actually work in the real world as you do now as an adult (not a direct insult, merely what all children are like)

  • how shit

  • WHAT? COMICS OF BATTLETECH EXIST?WELL ANY PLACE TO SEE THEM? ALL HAILS MECHWARRIOR

  • 1:54 - "Doot doot doo..."

  • hi toturi.never know about this series.thx sooo much,for posting it...so well done !!!

  • @XXplaythegamesXX I'm guessing you are new to the BattleTech and MechWarrior universe. If that's so, then I strongly recommend reading up the BattleTech (NOT to 'classic BattleTech crap re-print, but the ORIGINAL) to find out in depth about what went on, not only with the Clans, but the Inner Sphere.

  • of course the clanners are so stupid like it's shown in this episode. that sucks

  • Sine when did clan elementals get so small ???

  • @SonOfTerra92 It was made to tailor to children and a lot of canon was taken out of it, so there are a lot of inconsistencies, compaired to the books.

  • hahahaha

this was recorded off Chanel 7.

No wonder it looked so familiar. Thank God you recorded it. i remember watching it at the same time/same channel that this was recorded.

  • Korraganitar Clan Jade Flacon won the right to fight and take Inner Sphere worlds was your so call clan left behind to lay low in the grass far from the Falcon claws ,your clan didnt win any rights at all and I will bid to fight you on any world you like I bid my Falcon Guards

  • If I where a mech warrior I would shoot a turkey with my Ultra AC 20. :)

  • I wonder if this series has caused Clan Jade Falcon to be popular,or if their popularity is why they're in the series

  • Clan Jade Falcon's invasion point into the Inner Sphere was along the Lyran Alliance border. The Steiner family is the Ruling House of the Lyran Alliance. All just apart of the story. BUT Clan Jade Falcon and Clan Wolf are the two strongest Clans.

  • @JaySharp604 WERE the strongest Clans. Wolf was nothing after Phelan split them in half and left for the Inner Sphere, leaving the rest to be absorbed by the Jade Falcons as the Jade Wolves, and only returning to power after Marthe granted them freedom to form their own Clan again.

  • @gribae I stand corrected, sir

  • @JaySharp604 I should apologise for my earlier comment - wasn't in a good mood at the time of posting it, so I'll delete it, since we all have different views on such matters.

  • @Symos the jade falcon trilogy was one of the most popular of all the classic battletech novel series. I would say they were featured in the cartoon because of the popularity that book series had given them,

  • @Trueflights I agree - The Jade Phoenix Trilogy is what I come and read back time and time again - as well as the books by Jim Long (Main Event and D.R.T)

To me, those books were the best of the entire series. Both Jim Long and Bob Thurston really knew how to get into the character's minds and do the impossible.

  • @Trueflights I agree with you there. Bob Thurston was an excellent writer and really brough the characters and story to life. M. Stackpole was just a little too dry in reading, when he focused on the IS side of the Clan war.

  • @Gallowell I enjoyed the legend of Jade Falcon by Llaine Lee Pardoe as well as roar of honor and exodus road .I read them when i was twelve and still regard them as books that really blew my mind ...

  • @SonOfTerra92 I'm not sure I get what you mean. I know Pardoe was one of the contibuting BattleTech writers, but it was Robert Thurston who wrote the Legend of the Jade Phoenix Trilogy.

  • @Gallowell Oww sorry, its been a long time since i've read any of the battletech novels, some of the memory of those days might have faded from my mind. hahaha its nice to reconnect with some BT fans i thought the series wen t dead after FASA sold it to Wizkids ...

  • @SonOfTerra92 It pretty much did, when they came out with Mechwarrior: Dark Age, and I only read those because it's still part of the Battletech universe.

But the original Battletech novels are what any fan sticks with (without buying any of the re-printed "classic Battletech' crap)

The collection of original prints I have are worth thousands these days.

  • @Gallowell Sweet ... I've still got some of my old books(alot from twilight of the clans). I bought them in the states before I came back to Malaysia good times, good times. I used to be really in to that stuff

But there is some hope though, have you heard of the MW mod for crysis ???

  • @SonOfTerra92 Most of the series are good, although I tend to skip over Stackpole's series, since he's a very dry read. Thought the Twilight saga is good, in particular the parts by Thomas S. Gressman.

I've heard of the mod, but don't have much intention to get it. Haven't heard all that many good things for it.

  • @Gallowell It seemed decent when i was watching although a bit unbalanced .What about the upcoming mechwarrior 5 game ,I heard it was cancelled but i'm not really sure,to me the trailer represented a playable game

    What do you think ???

  • @SonOfTerra92 MechWarrior 5 was canned a long time ago dude. You're thinking of the reboot titled "MechWarrior". The one with the Warhammer class mech in it which made Harmony Gold have another sissy fit.

It's apparently still in development hell. Which is a same.

  • @SonOfTerra92 hah, yeah, books in Malaysia are hard to find, though many Warhammer 40k books can be found at MPH. I saw some at Midvalley xD

  • @iHateSpoilerz currently i saw we had 3 main picks ... borders ,mph and the occasional times ,i prefer mph because borderes dosen't make it a policy to rap their merchandise before putting it on the shelf ... so god knows how many times a book has been fingered beforehand ... (Correct me if i'm wrong on this ...)

  • @SonOfTerra92 I know, right? Those books must have been manhandled pretty bad. lol

  • @iHateSpoilerz i guess its true what they say , its the little things that count, your from malaysia eh ... ever heard of comics mart ???

  • @SonOfTerra92 yeah I'm Malaysian. Nope, never heard of it. You get all your comics there?

  • @iHateSpoilerz YOu can get comics there but i'm not into comics ... thats where i buy all my tabletop warhammer 40k stuff ...

  • @SonOfTerra92 I wanted to give it a try,but tabletop gaming is an expensive hobby. You have to buy starter/booster packs, and you'd probably want to get the new sets as they come out.

  • @iHateSpoilerz That's the beauty of the BattleTech table top, you can invest as much money as you want in it, be it a lot or none at all. Maps, mech' tokens, and readouts are all available free online for free, but if you want you can buy battlemech models, official maps, and official readouts. All you need to play is the rule book, and there's only one you need to get :)

  • chris071883 You are a fool to think that the one true CLAN will not take what is rightful our .I am Clan Jade Falon and bid my Falcon Guard to fight you and your so called wolf who are nothing but lap dogs to mecr die by the Falcon claws

  • @hurricanebjp clan jade falcon WAS great, however, they are not what they once were. it is Clan Star Adder that is greatest among the clans!

  • @Korraganitar Seyla!

  • Comment removed

  • "i just love people fighting over me"

    my personal favorite line :D

  • What the? It's the 31th century and they STILL have bobby pins??

  • dude, bobby pins are like one of those items that are so fkign versatile and irreplaceable, and have like a dozen uses >.> i myself have found 81 uses for a rubber band in my neighborhood o.0

  • 18:30

    PWND

  • 18:29 DUN DUN DAAAAAAAAA!!!

  • Gribae the Jade Falcons will never capture Terra they are wasting their time and mechs. The Jade Falcons won't take Terra due to what you just said, the Jade Falcons refuse to fight like the Wolves In Exile. The Jade Falcons rely too much on Honor and Brawn rather than relying on brains and adapting to fight the Inner Sphere as the Inner Sphere does battle. As long as the Jade Falcons fight as Honorable Trueborns In 64-86 kph omnimechs they will never take Terra. Learn from Tukkayaid Falcons.

  • No brains? Obviously you have not read the Twilight of the Clans saga and in particular, Khan Pryde and the Battle of Daemon Beach.

  • @gribae:

    Sorta. Malthus has no brains...

    ---

Pyotr seems to be a smart cookie

  • Gribae you have it backwards, the Wolves In Exile don't get backed up by the Inner Sphere, we back the Inner Sphere up. We had Prince Victor offer you guys Hegira, your deceptive behavior theory is incorrect. We aren't deceptive, we just fight using our brains. We had Prince Victor offer you guys hegira because we didn't want to have to waste our time destroying you, we were more concerned with the Marik/Liao Chaos March Offensive. The Jade Falcons weren't even our biggest concern at the time.

  • *big proud smile* comstar is what showed the clans who the TRUE children of the starleague are

  • @ottselguy Was that before or after Operation Scorpion because I can't remember.

  • @EvilCleric I think you mean 'Operation Serpent'.

And if I have the right post you are replying to, Operation Serpent was in the mid - late 2060s, whereas ComStar beat the Clans on Tukayyid in the early 3050s.

  • @Gallowell Operation Serpent was the Inner Sphere's task-force to take out Clan Smoke Jaguar. Operation Scorpion occurred in 3052 when Comstar attempted to bring the IS into their fold and failed. It happened at about the same time as the Battle of Tukkayid.

  • @EvilCleric Well, that's something I didn't know about. I'll have to read up on it.

  • @ottselguy comstar did little it was Focht and his expirience that beat the clans. I dont care how good comstars troops were, they would have lost.

  • gribae, the Jade Falcons are the only Crusaders that allow freeborns to fight with trueborns, and it's actually due to the heavy losses the Falcons suffered against Comstar, the Lyrans, and the Warden Wolves. The other Crusader Clans do not allow Freeborns to serve alongside Trueborns Due to the Crusader Clans falsely claiming that Khan Phelan Kell betrayed the Clan Homeworlds during operation Bulldog and the great refusal. The other Crusader Clans only allow freeborns to serve in Solahma units.

  • Due to Khan Phelan Kell, the Refusal War, and Clan Wolf In exiles exodus. Freeborns now can't get a bloodname in Clan Jade Falcon or Crusader Clan Wolf. The Warden Wolves kicked Jade Falcon butt twice, survived the Jihad mostly intact and bailed out the Kellhounds during the JIhad, kicked smoke jaguar butt in operation bulldog, Warden wolves were the only Clanners to take both their objectives at Tukayaid, We even defeated the ghost bears in a trial of possession for a Leviathin class Warship.

  • Freeborns can't get a bloodname? Try looking up Star Commander Diana Pryde, the daughter of Star Colonel Aidan Pryde and you'll find that her efforts and victory at Daemon Beach actually opened the way for more freeborns (in special cases like her own, at least) to win bloodnames in Clan Jade Falcon.

  • The Exile Wolves beat the JF because they use deception and always have back-up from the IS. JF is a traditionalist and doesn't resort to IS ways to the effect the Exile Wolves do.

  • i must know was this series a victum of the resesion of that time or what happend

  • lol he gave tht clan guy drugs...

  • elemtals are used to pain killers and performance enhancers. lol.

now, protomech pilots go insane even with constant medication trying to prevent it. thats what inhanced imaging does to pilots

  • Are they geneticaly enhanced or just normal

  • elementals are genetically created to be about 7 feet tall, overly agressive, and insanely strong.

even clan trueborn mechwarriors are intimidated by them

  • That is only for the pilots who undergo surgery to have neurohelmet circuitry feeds directly to their brain so they don't have to bother with the baulky helmet inside their 'Mech.

  • ciro is in the hell licking ass

  • 13:10 = own, LOL!

  • He just happens to have a fucking hairpin in is shirt pocket, fuckin macguyver

  • what 7:42

  • Hey, I thought you couldn't use an elemental unless you were a warrior specifially bred for that.

  • it doesnt take much training, but it does take a long time to adjust the armor to fit someone smaller than an elemental.

firing the different weapon systems is just different positions with your right hand

  • i remember playing with the battletech toys. i had 2 elementals, a summoner, a mauler and a hatchetman. i played with my brother a lot, i wish i could find those toys again though.

  • cool nvr knew they had a anime for mech series looks crazy.

  • its not anime! no damn cheek tear drops, or stupid romantic plotlines.

  • chill faggatron. i didn't know. so stfu.

  • lol ok so if some1 doesn't know about something they are retards nice dumb fuck.

  • settle down kids

  • I forget my clan terminology but a freeborn is warrior born out of nature intamsy between a man and woman. So if that is the case then even Clan Wolf have freeborn warriors, the like of Jamie Wolf of the wolf's dragoons, was a freeborn clan warrior as was his brother. Their father being a trueborn warrior challenged the clan so that his sons could enter the warrior caste.

  • It was pretty cool the made Elias Chritchell look like he did in the literature, complete with Jade Falcon dress uniform.

  • at the begining, when Zero breaks free and acts like he's dying, the Clansman comes in and says, "What's going on in here?" he used a contraction in that sentence, he should have said, "What is going on in here?".... no wonder he's, i mean he is put on guard duty! Lousy Trashborn!

  • Maybe he's a freeborn warrior, who are notes for their frequent use of contractions.

  • he probably was because jade falcon was the only clan to use freeborn warriors at all

  • i dont think they were the only, they were the only one to have bloodnamed Freeborns (Diana Pryde and i think at least one more)

  • Diana pryde is the only known freeborn to posess a blood name though she cannot be considered completely freeborn because she has trueborn parents. Also at the time of the clan invasion only Clan Jade Falcon used freeborn warriors.

  • In the "Legend of the Jade Phoenix" trilogy, it's mentioned that a few Freeborns have gone on to distinguish themselves and even won Bloodnames, although only a few have done so.

Diana Pryde is the only Freeborn character who achieves one in the series.

  • Not true. Many Clans use freeborn Warriors, mostly for guard duty.

Not all Clans are so unflexible like the Steel Vipers.

And Diana Pryde was not the only one. Remember Phelan Kell? Clan Wolf in Exile?

Former saKhan of Clan Wolf, along with the Black Widow?

Abd to Divinedragonknight: You, too, forgot the Wolfes, and the Ghost Bears.

  • I like that Falcon dude's evil laugh. It's like an evil butthead.

    "UH HUH HUH HUH HUHHH!!"

  • freebrith!

  • I think that this Major has lost troops before, probably alot before. And this was just like the last straw for him.

  • lmao did he swear when those rocks fell on him? XD

  • at 16:45 - sounded like it to me too

  • XD!!!! i think he did

  • man it sure dose sound like it to, but i belive they were yelling Hawk lol

  • XD! didnt sound like hawk to me rofl

  • Melissa Steiner married the Federated Suns First Prince Hanse Davion (the woman you see as Archon in the first episode, the gray haired man with her is Martial Morgan Hasek-Davion. Katrina was Melissa's mother And Victor Ian Steiner-Davion was her son.

  • Elementals can destroy a mech by overwhelming it. Thats why elemental kick ass.

  • Yes, they can, but to controll those suits you need to be an Elemental Warrior, who is much bigger than the standard human and the result of genetic experiments made by the clans. That's where the show made a little mistake.

  • to quote homestar runner: "THIS is the BEST video game I ever played!!"

  • They didnt strip their equipments after they capture them... thats soo.. stupid...

  • dose anyone know where i can get the music for the opaning.

  • im a House Stenier.i hate the clannner

  • I'm Clan Jade Falcon. *ZAP* thanks for the worlds, Lyran. ;P

  • I'm a Davion Loyalist... We kicked your clan asses :P See you at Strana Miechyt "birdie". Yo pussies cry like Smoke Jaguars... that we crushed... :) We let you cry a little longer "green pigeons"

  • Enjoy your jihad, sunburst boy. We will be there when the smoke clears to show you the glory of the way of Kerensky, Quiaff? :)

  • lol zap back thanks for them back lol to bad they stop shwo this i wold like to see more thne 15 i think there is tell me if im orund it been a well sigh i watch them lol

  • Nah, Hanse Davion married Katrina's daughter, Melissa, in 3028(I believe). By now, Hanse and Melissa jointly rule the Federated Commonwealth, and Victor is their oldest son and heir.

  • And their youngest doughter is Catherine Steiner, that tryed to take rule on Federated Suns while her brother was on war with clans, when in aboout 3050-60 there was war betwean them. Than Victor came back to New Avalon and kicked her ass :)

  • exactly, and after that, they canceled the books under the name Battlemech and started "Mechwarrior" with an almost 60 Year Timejump. Shame, that they reduced the appearence of mechs significantly.

  • Actually Katherine is the second oldest child next to Victor. It passed as Victor, Katherine, Peter, and either Yvonne or Arthur was next. I can't remember wich is the youngest. Katherine turned out to be a traitor to both her peole and her family as she was the one who was responsible for her own mother, the Archon's asassination. Sad part is, Adam works for her until Archer Christofori brings him information he cannot deny of her treason.

  • man i have to wade in on the hunch back.. the hunch back IIc was a clan design made pre-invasion the hunch back dates to the star league it was a out dated model that the clans attempted to update before they made omni mechs so yeah the hunch back came first but the IIC followed by a few hundred years.. even if one was seen later in this show no biggie

  • does anybody else find it funny that the Hunchback II-C appeared before the Hunchback even though the II-C was based on the Hunckback

  • You do know that at 2 points in IS history prier the 3050s

Steiner and Davion were united. As their house's governments and house family members believe in the same values and beliefs and blood (the families united by marriage twice). Victor pulled out the alliance in the late 3040s due to malcontent amongst the citizens of his peoples to avoid an all out civil war. No matter what the families did, their peoples despised each other. Took the clan invasion of 3050 to 3054 to reunite them.

  • Clan ghost bear and the steel vipers are sweet clans

  • In the memory of greate prince Hanse Davion, master of New Avalon. Long live House Davion and it's disciples.

  • yup...one thing is different from that mech though is that it has no missile launcher on its left shoulder..

  • its a summoner d by the looks, usually called a thor

  • anybody knows wat is the name of the omnimech the clan's star colonel is using?

  • what r u guys saying, everyone knows that Clan Steel Viper and Ghost bear are da best. but davion is good also

  • Hahaha, House Marik is the only good ones.

  • Steiner, Davion, whatever guys. As Adam said "In the spirit of the Star League, ancient enemies have reunited!" But yeah, Davion are more honourable.

  • i pref. house davion over stiner
