I'm still in the HUGE mistakes part of my learning :-) I recently bought a house cheap ($500) in the North End of Detroit from the bank. knew it was going to be a project, but once I cleared out all of the junk realized it wouldn't be livable for a while. I am moving to a larger house now in Hamtramck, then I will start fixing this one up and hopefully sell it without losing too much money. @zenwebgardner Thanks. Making me blush. 7 years to get here but you can do it quicker. I didn't have anyone to help me and I made some HUGE mistakes. I'm uploading a video tonight on one of them. Of course I worked 90 hours a week for 7 years, this year I'm cutting WAY back.
