the secret achievement is called "irony." Its when you kill sander cohen after you complate his masterpiece and take a picture of sander's dead body

if you have live and update bioshock one you get an extra achievenment called big brass balls you get it by beating the game without using a vita chamber

i know 1 of the secrets.... go on options and change so when u die u dont start in a vita chamber. got that 1 after some time with playing.

@R3DNECKninja no you get the achievement by simply not dieing through the whole campaign(when you die,you respawn in vita chamber), you don't need to play on hardest difficulty, i played it on easy, and didn't die and i got it.

You just cant die it dosnt have to be on hard but bioshock 1 had to be on hard for that achivment
