For this scenario, the hallway the Explorers were traveling down was the "outside of the building." We have to use what we have available to us.

Hug the walls! you also have to take into account that the suspect lying on the floor after you shot him might not be dead.  The one in the room, not the hallway.

u also have to take into account that if u point a gun at an officers they all will fire so its a pretty good assumption that the suspect would be dead. im not saying your wrong though
