  • one of my favorite DC characters.. Batman and Rorschach

  • Rorschach was a friend of Chuck Norris wrong move mother-f**kers !!

  • thumbs up if you see the mistake rorschach made when fighting the cops.

this is my fav. part in the movie

  • @54booga1 what mistake? not escaping before being outnumbered? ;D

  • @KoRnDuDe19886 no not that. it is when he takes to much time to beat up one cop instead of getting up and fighting the others.

  • @54booga1 Oh i see, yeahhh that wasn't the brightest idea... :S

"my face!!!! Give me back my Face!!!!!"

  • rooooooooooooooosccccccchhhhhhhh

  • Gingers have no souls.. and apparently are smelly, homeless and fight crimes.

  • *sniffs deaply* I love the smell of burning pigs in the evening.

  • rorschach, fuck the police!

  • You better give him back his face.... XD

  • 2:16 - 2:23

Rorschach: No!! Noooooooooo!! My face!! Give me back my face!!

  • @somebutthead Thats not genious, but its definetly a good thing.

  • @somebutthead oh yes ure right sry i forgot. ofc ure movies were better, dear steven spielberg.

    have u seen it?

  • When you are!

  • those 8 cops, dislike this vid

  • @54booga1 10

  • The Watchmen film is everything I expected - a generic action film catering to the masses, the emphasis on violence instead of character development and plot.

The comic permits you to see things from multiple perspectives, e.g. thought bubbles/monologues. 12 volumes of Watchmen develops characters until you feel what they experience. How can a 2 hour film replicate this?

To add insult to injury they changed the plot, making it nonsensical and omitting meaning and substance.

    Read the comic.

  • @Jjdsds1 i LOVE both :D

  • @Jjdsds1 I think it was 3 hours and character development was a major part of this movie for some of the characters.

  • @Jjdsds1 man the movie is fking awesome. the emphasis on violence is purpously.

Im not sure if u watched the movie, cause u see the whole thing from different perspectives as well and its very similar to the comic, only a few details were changed which arent really important

    Zack Snyder is a genius

  • @Jjdsds1 i agree the book was more realistic and gave the super heroes depth and made you care for them, and the crazy thing about realism and depth, is that the story of watchmen is so real to you and its a superhero story unlike superman and batman, these are superheroes we see in ourselves as far as chracter traits go. THIS movie visually was fantastic, but the chracter arcs were smakced on because its in the book, and the fantastic and shokcing ending of the book wasn't even in this movie

  • Fuckin aaaaye!!!! Rorschach has got to be my fav character on this movie ;D

  • sick

  • ......HURM

  • I love how he doesn't hesitate to kill someone if it's necessary. That is what I hate about Batman. He won't kill even if the people deserve it.

  • @57stewie

if u read some of the comics, batman actually uses a revolver and shoots a gangster down in cold blood

  • @atomichead777 Are you sure it was actually Batman, because that seems very un-Batman.

  • @57stewie If that's Batman, it's obviously not Bruce Wayne.

  • @LvL69Gengar it might have been the guy that was taking over for Bruce after Bane broke is back in that one fight, because I think that guy was really wreckless and killed people. I'm not sure but I think that is true

  • @atomichead777 WHAT?! are you being sarcastic?

  • @MrSaeedted

    its in the older comics

    like the 1940s ones

he did carry around a gun back then, and he did shoot this guy named chill, the gangster that shot his parents

and anyways, i also found out that in frank miller's "return of the dark knight" graphic novel, he kills the joker

he's not a bad guy, he's still good, its just that he can make mistakes when he's really pissed, yknow what i mean?

  • @atomichead777 wow! i thought Batman didnt carry around guns at all, i mean his hands were weapons enough. In the Bonus Features for Christopher Nolan's Dark Night, they were people that discussed how Batman first started appearing.

They said that he never carried a gun and that his utility belt didnt even have much. He mostly relied on his hand to hand combat skills and detective work. Thats why i got surprised when you said he actually killed someone in coldblood.

  • @MrSaeedted

    yeah

it was pretty surprising to me when i found out he carried a gun

  • I love the fact that they're Not superheroes, they're just ordinary guys who are Totally badass.

  • The world's most potent spray can.

  • They would have been dead if they were bad guys, he may be crazy but he aint no cop killer.

  • @vigo894

but dosent rorschach put on nostalgia?

  • epic fighting at 1:59

  • and whoever said Ginger's don't have souls? this one sure has!

  • Great trailer man!! going to watch this in web movie tube

  • Why does rorschach stink?

  • @Slimkidd730= Body odor can make a powerful weapon.

  • @vigo894 What? I still don't get it

  • @Slimkidd730

His normal disguise is as a crazy homeless man and he's not concerned with what others think of him.

  • lol its actually funny in the beginning when hes scurrying around

  • CHRIST HE STINKS haha

  • The look Rorschach gave at 1:11, simply epic!

  • There weren't and bad guys or villains in the story. That's the point.

  • crappy swats teams.. instead of using your mouth to whisper out the countdowns, why not your fingers?

  • If only Rorschach was the one stuck in the energy generator instead of Jon. :D

  • Well, I think it would make sense that the fall didn't hurt him. He rolled as soon as he hit the pavement. But as fast as he was running though (I'm assuming it was pretty fast, running away from assault rifle fire) He should have landed out in the street instead of the sidewalk.

  • man why can't i see anything!?? screen is way too dark.

  • The novel made much more sense, a fall from that hight he would get up, he was struggling to get up in pain, but he couldn't so while he was down a police man kicks him on the face, and that makes the concision!

  • when he said "when you are" i knew right away shit was about to go down

  • rorschach isn't homeless. He lives in an apartment run by a whore, so he lives below the poverty line but he still has a bed to sleep in at night if he chooses to. The reason he smells so bad is because he hides his cloths in select places in the city usually garbage cans, also he never ever bathes. His entire psych is to stop evil, no matter the cost or personal sacrifice. In the book it shows that he lives off sugar cubes, hardly ever sleeps, and never bathes. He lives for his work.

  • @Terrex123 he wasn't psycho, he was a Hero A goddamn Avenger, but the problems and crime are to big for one man alone to handle! , he was looking for justice, what ever that means to him, he always saw black and white, never gray theres good and evil, evil must be punished, also he was too stubborned!

  • Those are some wimpy cops. He brought one down with a half-full aerosol can.

  • He would of had them had he not ground and pounded that one cop, still he kicked their asses

  • Damn, he was doing pretty awesome there. Guy hits the ground then jumps right back out and takes out five guys until he gets piled. I sit in awe.

  • @theQuestion626 The novel made much more sense, a fall from that hight he would get up, he was struggling to get up in pain, but he couldn't so while he was down a police man kicks him on the face, and that makes the concision! Read novel :)!

  • @fsfsfsfsfsfsg awesome! yeah I look forward to reading it.

  • Did you see how he gave a nice roundhouse kick to the first police officer on the sidewalk?

  • I love how Rorschach goes from thinking detective to wild animal in a second. An incredible job portraying him by Jackie Earle Haley.

  • WOw...I saw what the actor actually looks like, and it's NOTHING like that! Man, Movie magic for ya.

  • Holy shit... Rorshach is a fucking beast.

  • I jack it to this scene!!!

  • lol

  • the best part of the movie is when Rorschach is in jail

  • this is the second time peter rallis has sendt me here.....

  • Men get arrested, dogs get put down....

    amiright guy's! >:D

  • this scene wasn't all that great. slo mo was WAY too slo.

  • @eckosama no such thing as too slow a slow mo :L

  • 7 ppl gonna get a visit from Rorschach tonight

  • Rorschach FTW! Best character in Watchmen without a doubt!

  • Best Rorschach scene ever!

  • Chuck Norris's son

  • Rorschach can kill you with a piece of tissue paper.

  • 027... never surrreenderr ... badass..!

  • I don't like this part :(

  • hardest F***In ginger evar!!!!!!!

  • @kokoil1 ROFL

  • 1:10 Uh-oh...

    1:12-2:20 Epic.

  • So how many accounts of assualting a police officer is that?

  • @RoldanIncorporated that combined with like 3 acts of murder, the amount of bad guys he crippled...yeah he was going to be in that jail cell for a long time lol

  • rorschach makes even batman look like a wimp.

  • @JordoF6 lol dude...no

  • rorschac is stronger than dr manhattan

  • GIVE ME BACK MY FACE >:C

  • I wonder why The cop pulling Rorscach back while he was assaulting the other cop say "Christ, he STINKS!!!" doesnt Rorschach wash his outfit? D:

  • @ScreamingKengaroo No. He lives in the streets just like a homeless person. Plus he keeps his suit stashed in a garbage dumpster.

  • @ScreamingKengaroo well he's a homeless man

  • @ScreamingKengaroo he is homeless and as desplayed in the movie he hides his outfit in a dumpster

  • @00mirage00 in the comic he has a rundown apartment, and unless l missed it explaining otherwise, it's assumed that it's the same in the film. He isn't homeless, his suit just smells from being in the trash all the time.

  • @amazingonion ok so i was 50% right :D

  • Give him back his face guys...

I had to pause it. I don't like it when his face gets taken. It's that powerful.

  • Criminals go to jail. Dogs get put down.

  • In slow motion its pretty cool when the SWAT officer flips the selector switch on his CAR15 ( I think its a CAR15, judging by the length of the handguard at 0:46), and opens fire on Rorshach.

  • The SWAT officer(I think they call it a different name in NY, but i'm not sure) at 1:10 probably sh!t a brick.

  • zach snider has such a knack for film making he has a great eye for cinematography

  • just the audio of this movie is awesome!!!!!! (but the video as well makes it 10 times better.) ;)

  • MY FACE!! GIMME BACK MY FACE!

  • Great scene!!

  • @juanleal1992 Still a miss. Sorry man.

  • @juanleal1992 I don't think you even know in what context to use that quote.

  • "I hope your ready "hero""

    "When you are..."

  • 1:18-1:33 its freddys revenge

  • Watchmen is loaded with NWO stuff. Btw that's the way to handle brainwashed machines also named Police :)

  • LOOK AT THE SPRAY CAN RORSCHACH IS USING. VIEDT AAAAAHHAHAHAAA

  • Cops in movies are always fail.

  • Whenever I see this scene, every time it gets to the part when the SWAT guy gets shot in the chest by the grappling gun, I always think "PWNED!"

  • Rorschach's tears cure cancer... Rorschach once visited the Virgin Islands, they're now the Islands... Chuck Norris owns a pair of Rorschach pajamas...

  • @wbascara Actally Rorschach slogan is "Call all women Whores die Virgin!"

  • @wbascara shut the fuck up, who gives a shit?

  • @aceking007

aceking, I'm sorry but just what was that for? I'm open to anyone replying to my comments but not in such a "childish" way that you've just done. Ok?

  • I love even when hes on the ground he kicks as

  • RAAAARRRLL

  • Rorschach = Epic

  • i love how 99% of these fight scenes are in slow motion.

  • @1w2i3l4t

    There so cool that way

  • I love Rorschach. At least he didn't compromise. He did what he did because he believed some things are good and some are bad, even if he was wrong. He didn't become a watchmen for the thrill of it or to feel alive, like Laurie and Nite Owl.

  • Rorschach is just awesome, he's like the darker depictions of Batman or the anti-hero they and the Spirit inspired, Darkman.

  • If Rorschach wanted to, he could have kept fighting. I think his mistake here was diving after the cop to keep punching him.

  • @TheDarkHero456 I agree. Still, its always entertaining to see Rorschach beat the crap out of someone with a stick.

  • @TheDarkHero456 YEAH HE SHOULDNT HAVE GROUNDED AND POUNDED HIM!!!! he should just have RAN!!!!!! But I guess if he didnt get caught, he wouldnt have said the bad ass line "I'm not locked in here with you, You're locked in here with ME!"

  • Jackie Earl Haley Owns in this scene!

  • i love how in the comic when he jumps out the window he screams RRRAAAAAAAAARRRRLLLLL

  • Those cops really need to "Lighten Up" Hahahaha

  • ... I would give him back his face if I were you

  • some people think you can just point a gun at Rorschach with a bunch of people behind you and he'll give in. No, he'll light you up, like this.

  • lol...speaking of freddy...

1:59 to 2:11....why didnt he use that stuff in his killings?

  • When you are

  • give him back his face !!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Give me my face!!!!!!

  • I liked the movie, but... 1:47 onwards! Come on; he's like, half a metre away from you man!

  • @MrAstroBleme

    Lol, I knr.

As they say in Halo 3 tips and tricks videos.....Aim slightly ahead of the person, to mak sure you get a shot.

Maybe Shaq is shooting at him. *snickers* on account of him missing....Nvm.

  • Rorschach is the beloved fascist character ever. He just do whatever he thinks is best and in style, no regrets..

  • oh shit Rorsachs secret identity is Fred Krueger i knew it

  • @TheShadowKakari

and at 1:41 freddy gets his revenge.

    Burn motherf*****

  • Rorschach is a badass mother fucker!

  • I only watched the movie for the Rorschach scenes.

  • @SDBPR hell yea and a litle Dr. Mahatten

  • @SDBPR sooo... you must of been hurt

  • @Joerca44 No

  • @SDBPR i'm just saying, was it a giant finger to you when he died

  • @Joerca44 Yes!!! Fuck the naked blue-man group reject.

  • @SDBPR i am agreed, it was a finger to me too, manhatten was dumb enough to pay attention to ozymandias

how stupid can he be? seriously?

  • 1:18 Rorschach goes MacGyver :D

  • So is it cologne or the first hint that Rorschach is really a homeless man? I think that, despite the graphic novel, that in the film its hinting at Rorschach being the bum.

  • I wish I had that Mask

  • add rorschach's personality with nite owl's costume and resources and you get batman

  • his wife- "rorsach...i have good news honey...WE R HAVING A BABY!!!"

    rorsach- "no...No...NO!NO!NO!"

  • "GIVE ME BACK MY FAAAAAACE!" I know the line is kinda deep because it says alot about how Rorschach sees himself, but it's bloody hilarious, too. I love hammy acting.

  • Night Owl: At least I'm not the one hiding behind the mask

Rorschach: No, You're just hiding in plain sight

How could you not root for Rorschach after that line?

  • Rorschac is pwn incarnate

  • did the cop say crist he stinks?

  • @mountainbiker555 In the comic, I believe it states that he wears a very overpowering cologne which gives him quite a bad smell.

  • Yeah, just so everyone is good and clear. The S.W.A.T. cop didn't die. He suffered from a broken sternum. :D Rorschach doesn't kill innocents. He's a madman for the higher cause. Saving lives.

  • @sumfuck41 Indeed. By the way, when I saw your user name I laughed for several minutes for reasons unknown to me. I just wanted to say thanks for the laughs I was feeling pretty crappy today.

  • When you look up Rorschach in the dictionary, the first picture you get is and inkblot. The second, which is bigger than the other, Is Rorschach in all of his badassery.

    WIN

  • movie was good but snyder fuck up Rorschach's childhood memories

  • talk about police brutality

  • @Charmanderdude001

Well, seeing as the police hate his guts...

    But still, that's no excuse.

  • jackie earle haley was amazing, but does anyone else think willem defoe looked exzactly how rorschach was drawn?

  • @Exiled86 not really.

  • Interestingly, when Alan Moore made Watchmen, he wanted fans to cheer for Nitw Owl and see Rorschach as a despicable psychopath.

Instead, many people (myself included) see him as a awesome badass while denoucing Nite Owl as a whiney wimp.

Alan Moore has said in several interviews that he regrets writing "Watchmen" because of Rorschach and the violent antiheroes he inspired. In other words, Rorschach is the granddaddy of comic antiheroes everywhere.

  • @Kersey475 Alan Moore is so far up his own ass he can pick the corn out of his shit before he does it

  • @Kersey475 Thats what you call Irony

  • @Kersey475 NIghtowl was no wimp. He just was not a nut.

  • @Kersey475 Hmm...in the movie they made it appear that Nite Owl (orderly goody-goody) and Rorschach (brutal absolute justice?) had similar motives (get the bad guys, fix the world), but different methods. Meanwhile, Comedian is just a self absorbed jerk, and Dr. M. is pretty much a useless lump of whiney blue apathy.

  • @Kersey475 I like Nite Owl, but Rorshach is awesome. My father hates Rorshach, so maybe it works for him, but I passed around my copy of watchmen in school and everybody loves Rorshach as well. I have to say I didn' think he'd be unintentionally popular.

  • @Kersey475 lol i was thinking the exact same thing. night owl was one of my least favorite characters in wtachmen, while rorschach was my favorite because he had no limits. he is DC's equivalent of the punisher in that regard. but man everytime rorschach was on screen was when i was the most excited. because you knew something brutal was gonna happen!

  • @Kersey475 Yeah that's a good point. Rorschach is different though, in that he isn't entirely a psychopath. I like Nite Owl too though. I thought that Rorschach really proves he's a hero with the "Never Compromise" speech at the ending.

  • @RenownedRyan

Actually, (SPOILER ALERT) Alan Moore said that Rorschach made that "Never Compromise" speech because he knew it would get him killed and Alan Moore also said that he had a "king sized death wish"

  • @Kersey475 Rorschach not psychopath though...

  • @Kersey475 Hell. fucking. YES.

  • @Kersey475 check out nite owl finds out about hollis's death, he filps out big time :D

  • @Kersey475 wait so he never wanted Rorschach to be like loved. He wanted him to be kinda like someone people look at in disgrace cause i agree hes a total bad ass
