download total video converter (or any other type of converter) and convert the video into a MP4 file, change the resolution to 640X352 for full screen HVGA. stick your memory card or phone +Usb cable onto the computer and then select the folder called SD_Video (will be made after you have recorded a video) and place your converted video file into it and rename it PRL001 and so on.

on your phone to view the videos do this

Menu => Data box => I-Motion => microSD => Movie
