For this beginning band that's made up of seventh graders this performance was pretty good. This piece isn't easy for them to play. So what if other bands at a higher level can play it better? No one but the teacher and these students know what kind of problems they've encountered to achieve the level that they're at.

just to let you all know, these are all first year players. they are just experienced enough to play music outside of their beginner books. the reason you guys dont take this into consideration is because you expect every little piece of music to sound exactly how it was played in the movie. dont be a hater. just enjoy the music.
